Staff was nice and Dr was very gentle doing the work

I got there early and sat for hours only to be told to see someone else. I didn't even see the dentist. I needed to see an actual dentist. I was referred to a dentist that can't see me until May

Great experience from scheduling all the way to aftercare finishing the appointment. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Bailey helped me get settled in and feel less nervous about a last minute tooth appointment. Dr. was clear and informative and surprisingly gentle. She also reiterated what was already told to me which lessened confusion. A quick conversation at the front desk helped me learn that they were able to accept my certain coverage of adult Medicaid. I'm going back for a check up soon.

Staff was very helpful, patient, and nice as soon as I came through the door. The dentist was also nice and extremely good at her job. She was very concerned about my well being and had my best interest in her heart. Very please with the service I was provided with.

This place took my insurance and my co-payment. They told me I was paid in full then about 4 months later they sent me a bill. After two years of trying to get this straightened out the bill they were sending me was more than the original work they had done. My insurance company called them several times with no avail. All I can figure out is that they are crooks try to pad billing. My next step is to hire a lawyer and sue them for defaming my name and trying to ruin my credit. Watch this place if you go but for your sake I wouldn't even give them a chance to destroy your credit.

Very lengthy. My appointment was originally scheduled on January 14 at 2:00pm. Then I had a text message saying it got it got postponed to June 8 but didn't give me a time. They only open on Wednesday. I did called on a Wednesday to see what time is my appointment but no one answered the phone. I left a voice message and no callback. Then I got another text message saying my appointment is on June 15 at 11:10am. I had another text message say that I need to confirm the appointment but I overlooked that message and didn't confirm it. Then I had another text message AFTER that unconfirmed text message saying that I have an appointment on June 15 at 11:10am. When I showed up at that appointment about 20 minutes early, they removed me because I didn't confirm a text message. On that last text message, why didn't say they removed me rather than saying I have an appointment? No offense but this is the sorriest customer service I've ever experienced. Double thumbs down for this place.

Do Not i repeat do use this place they are garbage my wife had an appointment she been waiting 6 month's or longer for she got there today they sent they a text message a few days ago which she did get ao they cancled her whole appointment.. point 2 why do not use them they scam the insurance or medicade you have by order b.s. not even needed point 3 they do not answer their phone calls or return your calls they are straight garbage and strongly recommend stay clear of affordable dentistry and their fraudulent business.

My visit was 100% great the doctor was awesome the nurses were great couldn't have a better dentistry to accept me as a patient

I had an appointment on 3/24 and they we're not even open when I got there. I called and the voicemail said there were only open on Wednesday. They set my appointment on a Thursday.

I am very pleased with the Dential Technicians who are very professional. It was the scheduling today that was 0 stars. After receiving an email confirming my appointment and driving over an hour for the appointment on April 6, I was told the insurance wouldn't pay for my service because my last appointment was Oct 12 and I would have to come next week. I called my insurance and they had my last appointment as Oct 6 and today would be exactly 6 months and they would pay. The receptionist had given me when Affordable had sent the bill to Humana and not the date of my service. Wasted time and expense for me!
