Dr Hooten and his staff are amazing !!!!♡♡♡♡ Been working on my dentures and took his time and several times resetting to try his best to keep me from having bone removal. I didn't have to pay out of pocket one visit until I got my finished dentures today. 1st time since 2006 from my accident I was able to eat with dentures and not make me sick from eating or drinking and no food under them. I would recommend them HIGHLY ....... before droopy bulldog.... now beautiful smile

So let me tell you guys about one of the worst Dental Clinics in Monroe. We had a root canal done and it was infected not due to the patient but due to how the procedure was done. We paid in full and now we reached out because we will have to see a specialist to fix what was done wrong. We reached out to the dentist for some sort of resolution after charging $700! I called them this morning and they told me as far as they know they did the procedure and won’t be finding a resolution. We should ask the specialist to give them a call after the procedure. I understand cash is short for businesses but also remember your patients don’t have trees at the back of their houses where they pluck money! The least that could’ve been done was to find a resolution not take money for a service that was not rendered right. I’ll keep posting negative things about you guys till I get tired and trust me I don’t get tired!

Having the same dentist all my life and extra sensitive teeth I was nervous about finding a new Dentist when arriving to Monroe La. I was referred by new friends to Dr Hootens office and extremely blessed to be treated by the staff here with such a patience and kind dentist. Ms. Donna and Dr Hooten are amazing w not only me but my daughter!!!!! She also was treated for two cavities and a cleaning.
