Had an appointment for 10:30 but no parking spaces. Didn’t get called to the back until1:30. Ask if I was next and the assistant said yes only for me to be the last person after a walk in patient. Made no sense whatsoever. Never saw the doctor. Horrible parking and horrible wait time. Lying to a patient is never okay. Neither is making them wait as you call everyone even walk-ins to the back ahead of my scheduled appointment.

I had a appointment today at At Dr. Nelson’s office one of his receptions took me to the room 2 about 9:15 AM I sat in that room 2 for 3 1/2 hours I called up to the desk asked have they forgot me. The young Lady stated No ma’am. so she sent the janitor into the room And to the other lady room.I was in room two and The other lady who is in room one and he stated that the doctor was in surgery.Dr. Nelson staff isn’t professional at all.. I hope that someone else have a better experience at Dr Nelson office because my experience was the worst!!

I waited 3hrs to see the dentist. He took xrays of my teeth to later tell me he doesn't even do work on back teeth. I had him fill in a tooth I chipped when I was 12yrs old, I've had this tooth filled in two other times in my life an both times the filling stayed in for years but when I went to this dentist he did a terrible job at filling the tooth in an when I got home the filling popped straight off so now he has billed my insurance an I still have a the exact same problem when I walked into see him but now a bigger problem he's been paid for nothing.

DR. NELSON & HIS STAFF ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL & KIND !! WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM TO FAMILY & FRIENDS !!

Dr. Nelson and his staff did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Didn’t pull whole tooth out and woke up with an outbreak yet mouth still in pain i dont recommend him at all

I have had very good treatment, no problems at all. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Nelson is a very professional and caring dentist, he makes sure that you are satisfied. Sometimes it takes a little longer, but it is well worth the wait!!!!

Really disappointing he would not use my insurance to fix my broken tooth. He referred mr to an even more expensive dentist after he told me 900 or more. He was very rude

Love Dr. Nelson.. He is very gentle ,friendly. His staff is awesome! My experience was great been for 2 appts.to have all my teeth extracted going back to have impressions made for my dentures in a week. Very pleased with Dr. and staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good dentist office. Have already recommended to few friend's 👍👍👍

I had a great experience. They make sure you are in good care. Sometimes the wait can be slightly long but it worth it.

Thank you for calling back and explaining what was left on my insurance so we can get what's left done. This has been a huge battle for me with my teeth. And the younger dentist is the only dentist that has accepted what I wanted done instead of telling me what he will do. I know a tooth may be salvageable but if its a problematic tooth I just want it gone. I know full and well I will eventually have to have dentures. Update: went in and got not one but all three teeth I have been fighting dentist over for years, pulled today. Three other dentist and way older than the younger man in this office couldn't pull them and claimed I needed oral surgery. This young man just went in like a champ and got them all out. I am leaving my review at 4 star. I would drop it to three over one issue but due to the ability of the dentist at this clinic I'm leaving it the same. But CLEAN THE PLACE UP! Literally I was the first person through the door. The lobby had trash and dirt everywhere including someone's water bottle from the day before sitting in a chair. And the operating area I could look at the counter and see dirt and filth on the surfaces. It would take the closer 30 minutes to run through and sweep up, grab trash, and wipe down the surfaces. I think y'all are great dentist. (And that says something coming from me. Because I usually hate my dentist.) But I liked the young man. He was so calm and nice and just tried his best to make sure I got what I wanted. For once I walked into a dentist and said this is what I want done and they said okay. Thank you guys. So so much. Honestly! You can tell this office doesn't care who you are, they just want to help you and make sure your okay. ----+++++++++------- Earlier review They were great. Wouldn’t of left any stars if I had the option!!!! They need to shut down this dentist office. I went in for a filling & he was asking me which tooth needed the filling. As if he wasn’t the DENTIST & like he didn’t have my xrays!!! Initially was told I needed a filling, found a new dentist & was told my cavity wasn’t deep enough for a filling! I guess Dr. Nelson was trying to make some extra money.

He is really nice. His staff is just so awesome. I am so glad my friend told me about Dr. Nelson. I will reccomend him to all my friends and family. What an amazing experience I had.

I got two golds at the top done here when I was 16 9 years later no problem I'm going back next week to get two more!!!!

I just got my bottom teeth out for my dentures and i have to say they were extremely nice and caring when it came to me making the decision to get dentures . He wanted it to be my decision. He didnt want to pressure me. And took the time to explain all the pros and cons to me. I love this dentist and the team . There was one particular dental assistant that i loved!

They were great! He pulled my bottom teeth and made my dentures. He even called me on a saturday afternoon to check on me.

Had a 1pm appointment but arrived at 12:30. Sat in the waiting room til 3pm. Did not get seen nor have anyone explain or tell me why it was taking so long.Other people coming in after me were being called back.I finally just walked out.
