Had an impacted/cavity on my wisdom tooth, I called all the places that take my insurance, their soonest slot for an EMERGENCY was mid April. Then I called Palmer O Brien and was told I could come right in for a consult; 2h after making that first call, I’m pain free, the tooth is fixed, and i was treated like I was an established patient. They could have easily told me sorry it’s Friday (like the first 3 did). I will recommend them highly to anyone that asks. They listened to my concern and offered a plan to fix my issue. Although I am self-pay, I think the cost was reasonable given the work involved. Don’t take my word for how awesome Dr O Brien was, go see for yourself!

Dr. O'Brian was fantastic and so was his hygienist Victoria. She was patient, kind, informative, and diligent. I highly recommend this dentist. Frankly, I was impressed with his entire staff. Was not happy with the service. I asked about getting my teeth remove I was told making a flipper would cost me more out my pocket. So I am assuming the dentist thought I couldn't pay for it. And the sad part I was not showed any brochure or anything pretending my opinions. I was scheduled to see another dentist in the office later that day. I don't play the race card but that kind of made me feel kind of funny. I was not explained nothing about my teeth what the dentist saw or anything too me he was in a extremely rush So I won't be going back and I would not recommend them to no one. This is my experience which has nothing to do with someone else. I will try another dentist.
