Oak Harbor Family Dentistry is the place to go if you want the absolute best care for your teeth. My teeth were a train wreck. Dr. Appleton and his team gave me the help that I needed. My teeth are straight. Thank you. :-)

Moving here four years ago from out of state, I was nervous finding a dental office as good as I had prior. I was so pleased and relieved to find Oak Harbor Family Dentistry. The entire staff has been professional and pleasant. The support has been superb and the service received has been exceptional. This is a dentist staff that you can trust to do a great job. Super pleased!!

Absolutely the best experience. Traveling in town. Had a dental emergency. Dr. Mike was able to meet access and repair within 2 hours.

Had a great experience with Oak Harbor Dental. Doctors and staff are very kind & professional. A tad bit pricey, but worth it to not feel like I'm being rushed around. Other dental practices in town make you feel like cattle. Not at Oak Harbor. Very knowledgeable and kind. The office is beautiful & clean. Great experience, as good as going to the dentist can be. LOL!

Recently moved to south Louisiana and was referred to Oak Harbor Family Denistry by a colleague. Every staff member I spoke to or interacted with was fantastic. The facility is state of the art and the quality of care was the best I have experienced in years. Dr. B and Carlie treated me like family - seriously, top notch team and flawless results. You will not find a better equipped or better staffed dentist around here. The place is modern, clean, and everyone that works there is cool, especially Dr. Appleton. They are not even in my insurance network and I still go there if that tells you anything.

I really like Oak Harbor Family Dentistry. They really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, like having blankets in all of the rooms. They also don’t try to drag you into senseless procedures if it isn’t absolutely necessary.

Dr. Appleton and his staff have always been very friendly and professional. They are always upbeat and smiling when i arrive for my appointments. They are genuinely concerned about whatever problems you are having with your mouth(teeth) and will try to accommodate you. Its always a pleasant experience even it your getting a rootcanal and half your jaw,lip and mouth is all numb and you feel goofy. I feel confident in there work and highly recommend them as your family dentist.

Thanks for the super quick crown replacement - one visit - under an hour. Used to take a minimum of 2 visits and a couple hours in the chair. It was not a pleasant or quick process. First visit - clean and prep; take impression, fit with temp crown. Go home, come back in 2 weeks - Pry off temp; more cleaning and prep; fit new crown; mod/tweak new crown. Cement and finally done. Don't forget the numbing shots (ouch!!!) on both visits. Dr. Braud cleaned, prepped and scanned my tooth (15 min process), fabricated a new (permanent) crown (20-min process), and had it on (permanently) within 1 hours. The new scan and fabrication process (all in the office) is much more accurate too - VERY LITTLE tweaking required. This is so awesome. Thanks Doc. Also love to talk Tiger football with the good doctor. GEAUX Tigers!!!

Very clean office and helpful and friendly staff. It has been about 8 years since I became a patient here, and I always recommend them to anyone who looking for a dentist or is not satisfied with their current dentist office. They also provide a nice range of services which is pretty cool.

I love this place. I have been to this location since 2010. It is very clean and modern. Everyone is always friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Appleton and his staff for all of your dental care needs. The Hygienist are also the best!
