Dr Shepard and staff are the best. Every appointment I've had, I never waited for more then five minutes at the most. Always prompt and very understanding with any issue's I had. If I left his office and incurred a problem all I had to do was make a call to his office and they scheduled me to come back in either that day or the next day. I'm very satisfied with the service I receive from Dr Shepard and his staff. I highly recommend Dr Shepard for any dental work you may need.

(03-29-18) Today was my first time at Dr. Shepard’s office and I was thoroughly impressed! The building was very neat and clean and located halfway down Professional Drive in West Monroe. Jennifer and Donna at the front desk were very friendly and prompt to assist me in completing my paperwork, and I was called back from the waiting room right on time as scheduled. Gail (one of the hygienists and Dr Shepard’s wife) was excellent! She was very gentle and friendly and made me feel very welcome. Dr. Shepard was also equally friendly and professional! I have already scheduled my 6 month return visit because needless to say, I will be back!
