I went in for a cleaning and they brought in a dentist to check on me, which I specifically asked for just thr cleaning. They sent me a bill for about 100 bucks, claiming that I got service that I didn't even ask for. I was polite, even during her rudeness, just obviously not happy about the bill. I paid it and left. After a few days they called me and let me go as a patient, even though I was very polite when I tried contesting. They will tag on whatever charges they can without talking to you first or obeying your wishes.

They do not provide informed consent. My partner went in for a cleaning. He was unaware that when the dentist came in for a mere few minutes, that it was not covered as part of the yearly cleaning his insurance pays for. He did not ask to see a dentist. No one told him that the four minute conversation with the dentist where the dentist made recommendations for future procedures and my partner declined was going to cost him money. We were suprised to get a bill for $108 from Dirigo Dentistry for that four minute conversion with the dentist. When my partner went in to the office to speak with the lady working the reception area she was very rude and condescending. She kept saying "well you should have said you didn't want to see the dentist." When he tried to ask her how he would have known to do that when he was not informed that would cost him money and when he didn't ask to see the dentist, she just kept talking over him and saying the same thing. I had my dental insurance card in my hand, about to make an appointment with them for my own teeth cleaning, but when I saw how rude that lady was, I just walked out.

From the dentist to the hygienist, they were quite aware of, and focused on, my individual situation. May I give MORE than 5 stars 🌟? The Office Staff are fabulous - such nice and personable people. The Dental Assistant was great as well, working in unison so well with the Dentist, Dr. Haluska, that the procedure went smoothly and quickly, with 'zero' pain or discomfort. Dr. Haluska is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, kind and pleasant, explaining the entire dental process. You can tell they are all sincerely interested in their patient's. I highly recommend this Dentistry for all your dental needs.
