I would HIGHLY recommend Sedation Dental. They took me in on an emergency basis twice. (I was in a lot of pain.) Their staff is absolutely amazing and very attentive. Dr. Auguste is very professional and is my hero. I no longer have any pain and recovering quickly because of their expertise and recommendations.

Went in today for an emergency walk in appointment. The staff was friendly and the dentist was incredibly nice. They told me all of my options and made sure I wasn’t in any pain.

While the Dentist and hygienist/assistant were great here, my experience with the billing has been horrific. Initially I provided a nearly $1k deposit for IV sedation, that I ended up not using for my procedure. I have been asking for the unused portion of my deposit which is nearly $700 to be returned for over two months now and the office is, at this point refusing to do so. They didn't submit the correct information for a claim to my insurance which caused a denial of a claim that's had called three times to confirm prior to the service. I have spent hours calling and getting the run around trying to get this money back to no avail. I hate leaving a review like this but am hoping someone there will see this and help get it resolved- will update this if so.

This place is INCREDIBLE. I had a really painful abscess, I called around 8am, they got me in by 11am the same day. Gave me antibiotics for the pain, and scheduled a crown. They were the ONLY PLACE that would take me. The crown was painful, but they gave me pain meds to help. My tooth looks amazing, and they’re some of the most compassionate people I’ve ever met. If you ever need an emergency appointment, call them. They will take you.

I brought my nervous 7 y/o here for an “emergency” visit. Our appointment was fast and we didn’t have to wait long for anything. The entire staff was beyond helpful, kind, and understanding from the second we arrived to the moment we left. When we were brought to the exam room, the assistant asked my daughter what her favorite song was, and then put on a video for her to watch. Later, when they needed to take an additional x-ray, and my daughter was clearly struggling, Dr. Auguste stepped in immediately to help make her more comfortable, and then gave appropriate and helpful advice regarding treatment for her issue, as well as a referral to a pediatric dentist.

I came in for a consultation and possible cleaning. I had Sheila for my x-rays and cleaning and she was absolutely wonderful! After I told her I lived 3 hours away she did everything she could to fit my cleaning in, especially because I had not had a tooth cleaning in 5 years! She also made sure I was as comfortable as possible because my teeth are super sensitive! She was just so great, absolutely recommend!

First visit to get xray and consult about impacted wisdom teeth. Dentist is factual, knowledgeable and didn't sway me one way or the other. Front desk girls are awesome. Glad to be a patient here now!

Started with this dental office for the promise of sedation during dental work, I stay because my cleanings with Sheila are as comfortable as they can be and I appreciate her dedication to improving my oral health. Dentistry doesn't have to hurt.

Dr. Auguste is very professional, and caring! I’ve had great care since being a patient there. I have even had the doctor himself return my phone calls! Who does that?! His staff has been very professional yet personable and helpful. I am very pleased and recommend Sedation Dental! I have witnessed during my appointments several times Dr. Auguste willing to skip a lunch break to help a person in pain. That tells me that he is a committed, compassionate and caring doctor and who wouldn’t want that?!

Sedation dental is the best dental care I have ever received. I have now had two wisdom teeth removed. One was broken. The dr. Is so kind. He checks in with me to make sure I feel no pain at all. I feel very safe with what he is doing. He is very very good with injections I have never had such a easy and and pain free experience at the dentist before. The lady’s up front are also very good at getting you in quickly, as well as very kind and professional. I can not recommend them enough.

Worst experience with a business. Had appointments scheduled numerous times for an extremely infected tooth. Sedation Dental rescheduled these appointments time after time. Pushing the tooth to a further infection and more rounds of antibiotics, almost a hospitalization when the infection once made it into the blood stream. After the 3rd reschedule. And probably 9-11 months later. The appointment was kept. Only to find out that the driver for the patients must stay on the property while the patients have a 2 hour surgery, either sitting in the office or sitting in their car. When in reality they could be anywhere in the area, having lunch with a friend, shopping, going back to the office to get some work done. And be available for any emergency situation if one arose. I would not recommend Sedation Dental to anyone, ever. They have no concern for their patients other than recieving their check. Allowing them to suffer for months at a time while they continue to reschedule appointments on their patients . And they also have no consideration of the time of others taking care of their patients.

I was very pleased with Sedation Dental. The biggest reason is, besides the high quality, effective work, which immediately eradicated a painful infection, I felt like the Doctor really LISTENED to me. I had to travel a long way to get there, and didn't want to just be evaluated, sent home, and try to arrange yet another day off of work. He was able to work things that he got things done that very day. Their office staff is friendly, and competent as well!!

I was traveling and had an emergency extraction. The receptionist, staff, nurses, and in particular Dr. Auguste were very efficient, professional and sensitive to my problem. I had a thorough evaluation and was given excellent guidance after the options were presented. I'm very greatful for everything they did to help me especially squeezing me in same day. Highly recommend them!

The best dentist office as a whole I have ever been to. Both my daughter and husband have extreme anxiety with dentistry and they are all so kind and patient. Highly recommend.

The dentist is great, but for a year we have had trouble getting the front office to produce accurate receipts to show for each credit card payment we make an itemized receipt showing the exact same member responsibility and payment that matches. Every time I ask for receipts they print me the total running record or by day that does not match the payment made. The office member in charge has been nothing but condescending. While we want to continue with this dentist, the office staff has made me feel very uncomfortable and I have never had this experience at any other dentist office both in the U.S. and internationally. I have always been able to get itemized receipts reflecting the amount paid that day. I am awaiting a solution so I can get the appropriate reimbursements from my flex savings account. I will update once an appropriate solution had been found.

the staff and doctor were very friendly, however there were some hiccups... i came in from out of town and had a toothache, i waited will over an hour past my appointment time, which was fine given the short notice of scheduling the appointment. appointment was quick and professional. when i left i asked and signed a form to send the records to my dentist, but they never sent. i called, my dentist called, and they said they would send it. almost two weeks later, they still have not sent and won't give a solid time in which the records could be sent...(sometime next week). i need to get my tooth looked at ASAP at my local dentist so we will have to redo x-rays. also, i got a prescription, and there was confusion over which pharmacy to send it to, so when it wasn't at the pharmacy that the front desk said it was going to be at, i called to make sure that i was in the correct place. she said i was at the right place, and she said they'd call it in again. after about 45 minutes she called back and said that it was actually called in at a different pharmacy. so, in a pinch, i got what i needed but there were some issues with organization...

It’s not often you find a doctor with amazing bedside manner, fair prices AND phenomenal skills. Dr. Auguste is the trifecta! I chipped a tooth over the weekend and he compassionately fit me in quickly and fixed my tooth and you’d never know it was chipped. He was definitely a perfectionist! I couldn’t be happier that I ended up in his care. Don’t think twice about trusting him with your smile :-)
