Community Dental-Biddeford

I called here and begged them to help me with an infected tooth, I was so desperate I called everywhere. Surprisingly they just suggested I come in and wait, so I did... 3 hours later I had a perfectly done root canal absolutely no pain, temporary cap, and I didn't have to cover much out of pocket. The Endo is fantastic, Ive had several root canals but I could tell right away she was good with her hands because I literally didn't feel any pinch at all for the numbing shot which usually sucks quite a bit until you go numb. The receiptionist is really nice I have no clue where the other reviews are coming from on that, honestly. I saw one guy go up to the window about ten times asking how much time until he could get in and she patiently answered him everytime. He was hurting so I think he was impatient because of that or something. Thank you community dental 🙏🙏🙏 I have hope again

I am so happy with community dental I highly recommend them. Glad that they got rid of whoever that front desk person was, as she was indeed rude, with poor people skills. So I say look on the bad reviews with a grain of salt as Community dental has rectified the situation. Additionally, examples examples examples. Name your dentist if complaining so as to not besmirch community dental globally However, once they got rid of the rude front desk employee I must say that staff is excellent. I can't say enough good things about my dentist, Dr. Georiadis. He is ultimately professional and is very concerned about the patients. I had to have three teeth pulled prior to using my dentures and as a high risk patient due to high blood pressure and diabetes he clearly explained any risk etc. My sweetie is Greek as is the doctor and while not being super important it was a nice, do I say ... coincidence? Clear instructions for aftercare. I had no problems communicating with front desk staff or anyone. In fact they went to extremes to accommodate me. Good job community dental. Rude staff.

Dr. Paradise and whole team are amazing. Even without insurance this place is very reasonable. I would go to this clinic over many other private practices.

I brought my 2.5 year old daughter here and we had a wonderful experience! The receptionist was kind on the phone and in person, and the hygienist and dentist made my child feel comfortable and she had a great time! I highly recommend Community Dental.

I had a broken tooth and needed it repaired before I lost it. I had to wait for endodontics to do a root canal. The dentist said “once the root canal is done call us and we’ll get you right in for the post and crown.” Endodontics did a great job. Once it was done I went in to community dental in person to set up the appointment as instructed. The dentist was right there and the receptionist said they were not scheduling. I repeated the instructions I got from Dr Callan and she refused to schedule without any explanation. I’ve called since and haven’t heard back from them. Endodontist said if it was not done soon my tooth would break. It’s been since 9/19/22 now it’s 10/

Reception is often times rude and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone to schedule appointments.

The dentist and dental hygienist were awesome and that’s why I gave three stars. The receptionist was so rude. I didn’t get her name, she’s a bit older, a little heavy set and she is rotten. Really gives off racist vibes, she was complaining openly that a patient wanted two translators. Not everyone speaks English, and the dentist makes some people nervous. Have some compassion. Working with them outside of the office is really difficult.

Great place. I got very fast service, and the Staff was really nice when I went in for a tooth extraction.

The only problem is that they didn't answer the calls and I have more than one appointment. I hope that you answer the calls of customers, and thank you

I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the staff that I interacted with. My son is special needs at 38 years old. He would not let them anywhere near his mouth. They were so kind and compassionate and set up a plan to have him sedated at a local hospital at a future date. There were willing to try though before they got to that point. Both Sara and Dr Stanilov receive nothing but very high marks from me.

They are hard to reach by phone because they are very short staffed in the office. I have been there several times now & the dental care was always professional. I recommend them. Just be patient & if you don't get a call back then call again.

My experience starts with the "office manager" Cindy,putting me on hold and leaving me on hold for 14 minutes because she was the only receptionist in the office today,instead of requesting I call back or a different alternative,she left me on hold.When she returned to my call she informed me first that I didn't have an appt. I informed her that I had an appt.card from that office that read I did have an appt. and that appt. was for 9 am,once again the appt. card,that she herself wrote and gave me,read my appt. was for 9 am and she told me the appt. was at 8 am that I was given a wrong time! I asked what kind of establishment they were running there,then when I voiced my discontentment for her leaving me on hold for 14 minutes,I was met with "under the breath" giggling like a school girl. I expressed to her that I considered it rude and unprofessional and her response was to become argumentative with a request to call me later in the day and I agreed,which was just a ploy to terminate the call

Worth switching to community dental. I've been going to them for the past 2 years. They are a very friendly staff and they are straight up with me of what needs to get done and they're prices are way lower compared to the place I used to go before.

Worst dentist ever! Don't return calls, don't pick up the phone, and employees are rude. Dont even bother.

Receptionists are very rude. I guess that’s what you get for having mainecare insurance and go to a Biddeford dentist!

SO strange seeing some low reviews because I've been bringing my children here for the past 3yrs and am so grateful for them! They are so attentive to the kids, especially my youngest and her dental fears. I've only had wonderful experiences even from the receptionists. We love them over at Community Dental!

The only reason why I pushed a Star to leave a comment I have never called anywhere and have been treated that rude in all my life If this is what Maine calls dentistry I’m better off going to live in Haiti If you have an abscess tooth don’t bother calling there they shouldn’t even have a license to practice dentistry Third World countries have better and nicer people than the state of Maine

Felt like I was in a McDonald’s Drive through and the staff and dental employees were rude and disrespectful. I don’t recommend this Dentistry whatsoever.

Thank you Vanessa for cleaning my tooth, I feel much better now. I had pain in my gums but now it is gone. I advice everyone to go to her because she has skills and experience. This is my second time with her, and I feel good being with her
