Insensitive, cruel and threatens her clients. She definitely does not belong working with with the public and I do not write this comment lightly.

I am very impressed with Dr. Karen Delaney. We drive 2 hours (each way) to get to her office, and it is definately worth the travel time. She is kind, funny and very knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain what needs to be done and how she will do it. Going to the dentist isn't one of my favorite things to do, but Dr. Delaney made it easy and informative. Her staff is also fantastic! (Sorry I dont remember their names)

This office does not communicate with their patients and has complete disregard for their situation. They made a man wait for 2 hours at an appointment today where he was supposed to pick up his bridge and when he finally was called they told him the doctor who had originally fit him for the bridge did not work their anymore and nothing had been done. This patient is on hospice and barely made it up to the clinic. It was shameful and disrespectfully what they did and how he was treated. He asked for his money back that was given to them at the previous appointment of 70% of the bill. When they were called about the situation ar hand the supervisor stated that none of it happened and he was never fit for a bridge. However, 70% of the total was given to them at the last appointment for the bridge. Now they say he got a refund but when asked where it was, the supervisor stated that it will be 14 days or longer. If you want better care and not the run around, Do NOT go to this establishment for care. They say they are cheaper but you get what you pay for and that includes cheap service. Don't get fooled by the smoke and mirrors. There are so many other places I town to choose from.

This is the worst Dental Appointment of all time! Very noisy atmosphere and you can hear other appointments beside you. Felt like a production line. I waited for over one hour in the dentist seat and was not seen by the Dentist. Terrible place.

Very poor past experiences. Entitled and rude front staff and management/ownership. They give out late/non-existent appointment reminders, yet have a very strict cancellation policy. The dental hygienists were very kind and gentle but deserve better. Have heard very similar experiences from many community members.

All they care about is getting your $$. Also, i had a rude experience with customer service. You can def feel their vibe is always money,money,money.

Incredible experience with Dr. Delaney. The staff is very knowledgeable and wouldn't advise a treatment that was not necessary. Highly recommend!

Dr Delaney and her staff are conscientious, kind and professional. To receive such top-notch service in remote areas of Maine is unprecedented. No detail in her facility has gone unnoticed. The most recent technology and techniques are available to those that otherwise would have to travel 1+ hours. Thank you for coming to our town!!!

I personally have yet to have any Dental work done by Karen Delaney... First I must say The Building is Gorgeous, Inside and Out!! State of The Art along with The Amazing Technology, Outstanding!! No Traveling, Along with All of Your Dental needs done here in One Place, of course You Pay for What You Get and thus far the results I have seen have been Outstanding! However in My Opinion, Yes it is a bit Costly and I do agree that more Treatment is pushed almost immediately and unfortunately not only did I witness it but have also heard this from a handful of people... I must say Sharon, The Dental Hygienist was Absolutely Wonderful to jump to calm one and explain for one to not worry and it would all be taken care of in time, Thank You!! One Should Not Leave Worried as this Individual was and still is... I do wish the Very Best for This Buisness and All whom are Employed there!!

The building may be nice but that's about all very rude staff very rude dentist outrageous prices and they are very pushy to push on more treatments that are not needed I have never been so disappointed or disgusted by what is supposed to be a professional dentist office I would NEVER go there again or recommended to anyone you've been warned.

Beautiful office and whiz bang technology. The downside? You pay for all this with elevated prices. We vote with our dollars and therefore will not return.

From the moment I entered the office, the atmosphere was of a Happy, Professional Office. I had my teeth cleaned, and the hygenist did an excellent job, then Dr. Delaney came in to discuss my plan of care going forward. She has a delightful bedside manner, is completely professional, competent, confident, and respectful. I highly recommend Dr. Karen Delaney for all your dental care.

First class all the way around. The building itself is beautiful. The grounds are manicured. The staff is friendly and professional. The equipment is modern. They atmosphere is warm, inviting, clean, appealing. The dentist herself could not be more charming. I was anxious but she put me right to ease. She did an amazing job on my teeth. I have lived in large cities and was amazed to find that this dentist in Calais was as good, better than even those world class dentists. If you are needing a dentist, I can not recommend a better one. Every single person that I came in contact with at her office was a delight. I can tell that this dentist keeps her staff happy and that filters down to the client. I will be back. I will recommend you to others. Thank you very much.
