new dentist not taking new patients how does that work I will be taking this up with pines as my regular doc is with them

Went in as a new patient and was told by the receptionist that the computer system was having issues putting in new patients, and to check back in next week to see if it was fixed. When I called the next week, I was told they’re not excepting new patients at all. Apparently this office finds it acceptable to just outright lie to people.
