Waterville Family Dentistry

This is the best dentists office I have ever been to. Dr. Choe is fantastic with kids and adults, but the real stars are the staff. The hygienists clearly all enjoy working together and their positivity makes even the most stressful treatments so much easier. I am so glad I found Waterville Family Dentist.

I am very happy with Dr Choe and his recommendations. I recently had a root canal and a temp crown put on. I will be returning to get the permanent crown. I was not looking forward to the procedures but it has all been a great experience so far. Thanks for the great work!!

Always absolutely 💯 satisfied! The team there is always so cordial and welcoming. Been going here 2 years. I had the same dentist for years before I moved. I thought I would never find a dental clinic as nice as the one I had used. Wow was I happy to discover this place! 😍

Absolutely horrendous. My first appointment with them, I filled out paperwork prior to my appointment. I checked in and was taken from the waiting room by a hygienist to do X-rays. The front desk lady was chasing me out back through the waiting room “I need your insurance information still” (they already had it) I said to her “well it’s on my phone, can I email a PDF copy?” She was short in her response and gave me the email address. I was seated in the chair and continued X-rays and the hygienist was a bull in a china shop with the equipment in my mouth, I winced a tad. Didn’t say a word and her response was “oh stop it you’re fine”. The lady at the front desk HOLLERED for me to come out front. She very loudly said “I still haven’t gotten your insurance information. If you can’t get it to me in the next few minutes then you’re going to have to pay out of pocket for todays visit” I said “that’s not a big deal, however, I’ll keep trying to send.” Went back into the chair with the hygienist and started the cleaning, I winced again, didn’t move against her, make any noise and I was kindly given another “stop it you’re fine” in between burps and hiccups, yes from the hygienist. I ended up needing a root canal and was given a referral. I was asking the hygienist what a root canal entailed, and she told me “I’m not exactly sure, I’m in the kind of profession so I’ll never need to have one”. The front desk lady was all over the place with how to proceed with appointments. I was more confused after her trying to explain than anything. I sat on this experience for a day and decided that I was going to go somewhere else. I was not going to submit this review until I went back to get my X-rays. I walked in and politely asked for them, and was told by one woman that she was not sure how to get them and to have a seat and somebody would help me. I sat for 10 minutes. Not a big deal. Traci is the best! I typically don't like going to the dentist but Traci made the experience great! You can tell she really loves her job. Highly recommend

Very friendly staff,but we were missed about their ability to take mainecare. Once the work was done at over $700 we were told. Went to get a cap and crown put back in place and it's fallen out again in 2 months. Also 1 tooth extracted. Worth $748 not really. Why does dentistry cost so much?

Courtney & Becky were excellent! Such a great environment, polite and so very helpful! They both worked so well together and answered any of my questions! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Very ,very helpful when I lost a filling. Took me in ASAP Dr and staff probably the most professional dentist and staff. Completely satisfied with their care and professional attention.

Definitely recommend if you have dental anxiety like me! The office is super clean, and Faith and Dr. Choe were incredibly professional and kind, answering all of my questions and putting in the extra effort to make sure we had the best plan possible moving forward. Front desk staff were also super friendly! A+ y'all :)

I have to agree with most others on here, Faith was knowledgeable and a fantastic personality, staff is pleasant and friendly and I had a very reasonable wait time, Dr. Choe was very efficient and matter of fact last time I saw him which I appreciate very much.

Dr. Choe did an awful job and did not care about my concerns. Hack job dentist. Very painful. I would not recommend to anyone especially children.

Staff is very friendly, they made me feel comfortable and safe that they knew what they were doing. My first time going and I left feeling like Faith had listened and met my needs fully. I feel confident now about my whole family using them for their dental needs.

Wonderful receptionists, staff, and a very clean office :) Dr. Choe is fantastic as well!

The dental work was done very well! They have fixed several of my teeth and I have been very pleased with the results.
