My appointment went very well yesterday.. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and Dr. Nano is always very informative. I got a chance to look at some pictures taken yesterday. Dr. Nano explained what was going on with each tooth as we looked at the pictures together.

I was satisfied with the service I received from Nano Dentistry, especially my hygienist, Janelle. Unfortunately, the administrative staff incorrectly charged my insurance, resulting in no coverage, and did not notify me until two office visits had passed. By the time I was notified of the first charge, I had already incurred a second office visit charge. After repeated attempts to correctly charge my insurance for these costs, I was ultimately forced to pay out of pocket. To add to that, the costs for Nano Dentistry without insurance is higher than the average industry cost. Because of this, I am no longer a patient and would not recommend Nano Dentistry.
