Bad experience with forest dental. Long wait to be served!

Waited over 40 min for our appointment because the dentist was running late. No heads up phone call.

Amazing staff and dentist!

Dr.Hwang is very caring doctor and owner and his assistants amy and Katie are amazing people glad I meet them and also very caring people and so is the rest of the office I would highly recommend them

Not only did the office squeeze me in for an emergency appointment (I’m not a regular patient either) but they quickly got me a referral for an emergency root canal that was also done in the same day! Thank you all so much! The office staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions, and the dentist and hygienist were welcoming and understanding,

I moved back to the area and needed a new dentist. Yarmouth is at least 45 minutes from where we live but I needed to get my teeth cleaned and FF was the only dentist to have availability at the time. I have always had very healthy teeth and have only two pinhole fillings from 20 years ago. I do have tarter build up and have always gotten my teeth cleaned every three months whenever possible. Well, I was told on my first visit that they could not clean my teeth as I needed a deep cleaning which is all they could do for insurance reasons. They also said I had a cavity. So that would take three additional visits. Two for the deep cleaning and one for the cavity. So three additional trips all the way to Yarmouth and certainly added expense. None of that seemed right to me so I didn't do it. Today I finally was able to go to a dentist closer to home and guess what? No deep cleaning needed. No cavity and they cleaned my teeth that day. FF seems small and cramped and the people in reception don't know what they're doing. They said they called our insurance company and we weren't members there despite the fact that they had a copy of our insurance card. I would give them no stars if that were possible for selling me procedures I didn't need, not really caring about me as a patient and making every part of my interaction with them annoying. Do not go there! Addendum: Almost everyone who gave 5's below specifically talks about Dr. Allen. Dr. Allen is no longer with the practice. Food for thought.

Super chill, quick and easy experience every time

I have had dental issues my entire life and sat in lots of dentists chairs. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at forest falls. The staff is professional, kind, and skilled. Fillings are a breeze. implants a walk in the park. If you are in need of good dentistry in southern Maine (or even further away) these are the people to see.

I had my first visit at forest falls dental and had a great experience. I was very nervous but the staff was amazing, talked me through all options and helped me feel so comfortable . The Dr did an amazing job on the work I needed done. I am so pleased to have found a great new dentist.

I’ll start by saying I’m extremely picky with dentists; we were looking for a new dentist until Dr. Allen came onboard. I’ve been going here about 3 years and I’m so happy Dr. Allen took over. She has a natural ability for dentistry. I’ve had a crown put on by her, the crown took a while to settle in, but she worked with me the whole time and I haven’t had an issues with it! She also has a great bedside manner, and very easy to talk to. The dental hygienist have all been wonderful, and the front desk is slowly getting better. Since I last wrote this, Dr. Allen had left and the practice is owned by someone different….I no longer go to this practice

Dr. Allen is lovely. The office works hard to get my family appointments after school and at convenient times.
