I usually don’t write reviews but my experience at this office was nothing short of amazing. The Dr./owner was so friendly and went over all my results and gave me a plan to move forward. The office was spotless! One individual who really stuck out to me was Susan. Susan got me set up and did all of my X-rays. She was super friendly and ensured that I understood what was happening every step of the way. She was so sweet and her customer service is something everyone in that industry should strive for. I had an amazing experience! DR Stringer and Susan her assistant are amazing and had me laughing a lot. They are professional, explained many things I did not know from previous dentists. Their office has state of the art equipment and is immaculate clean. Who comes to the dentist for a little laugh? That was the unexpected bonus part. Also they offer botox services at this office whoch I thought was cool. Very personable staff! I will definitely keep coming here now that I am new in the Frederick area.

Buyer beware -- they will tell you that your insurance is in network...heck, it probably is....at least for preventative and basic care. What they will NOT tell you, is their Oral Surgeons are OUT of network. Getting hit with a surprise 1k+ bill a month after services rendered is no fun. Make sure you ask the right questions, because it seems it is not offered honestly (in my families experience).

Absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly staff. Susan in particular was my favorite! She was so kind and pleasant to speak to. We chatted for what felt like 10 mins but was actually about 45 on a range of topics but mostly our favorite thing: food. I can’t say enough good things about Susan and Pearlfection as a whole. Dr. Stringer was also incredibly kind and helpful and I loved our conversation about Toronto. Great experience! Thanks Susan!!!

Katrin was amazing! I had to have impressions done and I have significant Tori (bone growth) which is typically very painful. Katrin modified the normal procedure and made the process so easy. Honestly, I have needed this device for a very long time but have avoided it because I was dreading the impressions. I have had them before and it was very painful. It really is incredible when you have someone take the extra time to think outside the box to ensure the patient is comfortable and has a good experience. Thank you Katrin!

I've been meaning to write this review for a while but I've been working w/PearlFection for the past year and they have totally changed my life. The dentists, front office etc. have all been beyond incredible! I had a lot of dental issues that I needed assistance w/and Dr.Golly and Dr.Huang completely transformed my smile! Also, what I needed done I couldn't really afford at the time and Dr.Golly actually made it so that I could, personally figuring out the details and covering it along w/her and Dr.Huang so that they could make that happen. I still to this day can't explain how amazing it feels to finally be out of pain but also to be able to express myself free of any issues related to my confidence. Will and Morgan up front have been absolutely amazing, too! So kind and always so supportive. The assistants are awesome, as well! Cari and Katrin have always treated me w/such kindness every time I've had to come in. Katrin even came in w/Dr.Huang on Christmas Eve (at the last minute) to assist w/an issue that I was having w/my hybrid! Just amazing and I'm so grateful for all they have done ❤️🙏
