My 6-month check was yesterday and, as always, it was a very pleasant and friendly experience! Thank you to all the staff for helping this very scared patient remain calm!!!!

I’m new to the area, and I agree with all the reviews posted at this dental clinic! Fast scheduling, little-to-none wait times, and friendly workers with knowledge about teeth. Dr Shakoori and her hygienists were very gentle with teeth evaluations and care, and they encouraged to vocalize any pain. I went to a local dentist prior to Dr. Shakoori, and it was painful during the cleaning, and it felt like a rush job because I left within 15 minutes. However, Smile Arts *wants* you to walk away with high quality service and knowledge about how you can continue to care for your teeth. Shout out to the manager Windy for recommending a great place!

As the staff changes the experience never does. ALWAYS pleasant staff members greeting you, technical staff professional and most importantly thorough. And Dr Shakoori, her skill and craft are without question, she has the most pleasant deminor, making a great visit every time. Thank you all!

I had a pleasant first experience at Smile Arts! The team was efficient and got me in and out super quick. Aside from painless dental work, they made it easy for me by helping me set up my next appointments and sending out reminder texts/emails. I highly recommend this practice to patients of all ages!

I’ve been going to dentists all my life, and this was by far the friendliest experience. I came in a couple months ago and Julie was the absolute, kindest individual. She did a great job with educating me, giving suggestions, and handling my teeth with care. I have never had any real loyalty to any healthcare office, but I definitely will be coming back here regularly. The office staff and manager were all energetic and did an awesome job of interacting with patients.

The dental assistant, Latoya, provided excellent suggestions for follow-up care, as well as clear answers to my questions. Her work was top notch and resulted in a very comfortable visit.

I always have fast and courteous service when I arrive at "Smile" Dentistry. They have a staff of very trained professionals at the Greenbelt, md location. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed during your procedure. I have referred all of my friends and family to smile. I am very pleased and satisfied in my 9 years of experience in coming here. I felt welcome. I was treated with care. I think Dr Shakoori was genuinely concerned about my teeth issues. She has wonderful staffs. I would highly recommend her practice.

The whole time I felt like the staff were working together for me to have the best dental health I could have. I had never in 50 years of going to the dentist had my gums measured before. And I liked how I could see photographs of my molars on the TV screen so I understood that the fillings were cracking and that I need to replace them with crowns. I also was happy I could be measured for a replacement retainer without having to an orthodontist (I wore braces 10 years ago.) The staff explain the charges and work with my insurance. It is a pleasant atmosphere and I even like the office decor. I highly recommend this practice!

I truly love and appreciate the awesome care I receive at every visit! He is so quick and efficient with his work. I definitely would recommend new patients if you are looking for a great dentist or to switch providers.

Love this office! The staff are so welcoming, nice, and personable. Compared to other dental offices I’ve been to, there isn’t as long of a wait to be scheduled for appointments. They have always started my exam promptly at my scheduled appointment time. They do a thorough job cleaning my teeth, and they always inform me on ways I can improve my dental health or hygiene.

Phenomenal work. I have had a horrible experience with another Greenbelt Dentist, just lack of professionalism, and also inconvenient hours. but this practice understands that people must work! While they do not offer Saturday hours, which would be ideal, they have a "late night" which is on Thursday. This made my life so much easier. I had very bad pain and called on a Wed, and they made an appointment for me Thursday. Now let's talk about professionalism and attitudes. The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable, but most of all efficient. Nobody has time to be put on hold, while another person has to ask questions, bc they don't have the necessary knowledge! Trust is established when staff knows what they are talking about. so thank you for having a well trained and knowledgeable staff. The woman I made the appointment with answered my questions patiently and explained the procedure and gave me a ball park estimate. she did not tell me 17 times in a row--"You need to leave $100 dollars NOW." (Sidenote, see my Yelp review.) The dentist came in and told me I would need a crown and they could start RIGHT NOW. Notice, I still did not hear anything about a hundred dollar downpayment! And true to their word, the work started asap. I was quoted half of the price, bc insurance covered half with was about $400. The dentist gave me the painkiller and while dental work is never comfortable, I barely felt a thing! No pain, just some pressure. What sets Dr M apart is that he patiently answers all questions and does not act like he's in a rush, or if he's annoyed--and I had several questions. The dental assistant, Ana, was also great--knowledgeable and thorough. She put the cement and temporary crown. (Still no mention of the $100 downpayment) She told me they would make a 2 week appointment for e to come back and have the permanent crown installed. Finally, as I was checking out, they gave me the bill to look over and I left my payment in full. Imagine that, they did n

This is a "Wonderful" dentist. The staff is very professional and caring and kind.Dr. Shakoori is a "Wonderful doctor she made me feel very comfortable in her chair. If you are scared of the dentist like me and deal with "Anxiety"like me this is your dentist to come too.
