Today was my second visit, in almost a year. I have a HUGE fear of Dentist and immediately turn into a cry baby as soon as I walk into the door. Being 27 years old, and a Mother of two I have very bad teeth that limit my ability to be the best Mom I can be. I can almost never just jump when my kids wanna do something wild and extreme due to constant toothaches, constant headaches, and constant anxiety due to feeling like my teeth are all people notice. I’ve had 3 teeth, 1 today pulled by Dr. Baqai & I have to say, he knows what he’s doing. No exaggeration when I say I panic at the thought of having teeth pulled but he’s quick. My appointment was at 2, and by 2:22 I was sending pictures of my tooth in the little baggy to my Husband! lol We plan to follow up with insurance, or billing plans in general to start the process of removing all of my teeth ( in portions because I’m terrified. ) and, I’m praying for a beautiful smile again one day.. also, only had local anesthesia &’ his assistant held my hand 🤣 I have to give her props. I know that wasn’t an easy role 🙈❤️ I also love that they care, they’re not pushy. They listen. &’ they handle my tears.

I was always terrified of going to the dentist. Dr. Baqai and his staff made me feel the most comfortable I have ever felt going to the dentist in my entire life. I knew I was in great hands from the beginning. He truly worked miracles for me. I haven't been able to smile for years and now I can finally smile and feel confident. I had absolutely no pain at all and completely amazed at the results. He truly is the best dentist I have ever been to. I would recommend him to anyone! I needed an emergency extraction. I called 4 or 5 dentists that couldn't get me in. Then I called My Hagerstown Dentist and they fit me in the same day. Then they actually had a cancellation and called me to come in sooner!! I never thought having a tooth extracted could be a fun experience but from the staff to the Doctor were super!!! This is by far the kindest, professional, and honest dentist office that I have ever visited. The options that are given, the clear and decisive plan of action, and the superior level of care for me led to incredible results. Dr. Baqai ensured that the dozen extractions would be pain free. This is the truth. Period. The end. I now know that pressure is normal, pain is not. The finished upper denture was a perfect color match, and frankly looks better than I could have imagined. My bridge from a previous dentist was poorly done, Needless to say, I was petrified to go back to any dentist. Dr. Baqai and his wonderful staff put me at ease, was incredibly gentle, used cutting edge equipment, and repaired the prior work and it looks natural. I will never go anywhere else. People love my smile, cannot tell that I have an upper denture, and my self-esteem and confidence have returned. Thank you so much!

Great dr and staff! Had a very difficult mouth from the beginning! No other dentist would touch my mouth but this guy right here! He truly has helped me when a lot of others were telling me to go to an oral surgeon. Any problems I have they fit me right in. All the staff is amazing and has been amazing at comforting me thru this hard time. I have a major dentist phobia and they have been great with me. I am feeling so much better having the infections out. My top denture plate looks beautiful and natural. Thank you all so much for making me feel beautiful again! I am very thankful and truly grateful for all you have done and still are doing! Can't wait for the permanent ones now! If these look amazing now as temporary I can't imagine what the permanent dentures look like!
