I just got back from a dental cleaning and check up. Dr. Kelley has been my dentist for a few years and she is always smiling, happy, and thorough. Her office is impeccable and beautifully decorated. The dental chairs are so comfortable. I felt safe and supported during the exam. Once I visited a dentist and the dental chair was crooked and actually moved during the exam. I can tell you that I have searched high and low for an excellent dentist and I stopped with Dr. Kelley.

Very pleasant and caring staff. Ms Val in the front helped confirm my insurance was accepted by calling ahead of time. Ms Ashley was my hygienist and she was so understanding and patient with me with my questions and being able to explain the process and treatment plan

I have been going to this office for almost a year now and when I say every time I come here it’s always great welcoming and service here. The entire staff is great, customer service is out of this world. I am always happy with my end result. Best Dental Office ever.

We’ve been going to Dr. Kelley at Charming Smiles Family Dentistry for several years as our pediatric dentist and for an adult. They were very helpful when I needed to quickly coordinate referral paperwork for an oral surgeon after a fall. The staff help my young child feel comfortable, scheduling is easy, and we have never had to wait for extended periods of time (although I would not count this against a place if that occurred every now and again as emergencies pop up).

For me the experience was magnificent. The staff was attentive and outgoing, very kind.

Excellent Service! The Doctors and Nurses have great customer service and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I definitely recommend!

This practice is one of the best practices out there. They are incredibly professional, and make you feel comfortable and taken care of when you’re getting what you need done. They are thorough and do not mind explaining things to you while they give you the best service possible. I honestly hated going to the dentist before I started coming here, and now I almost look forward to it.

I accompanied my 80 year old mother to this practice for a 2:00pm appointment. We arrived at 1:50pm and made the mistake of entering the office which was open and attempted to make the member of staff aware that she was present. We did not know that they require you to call from the parking lot before entering the office and also did not read the notice on the door. I had taken my mother there before and the office was recently moved. The member of staff present was rude when I told her I did not know that they had this protocol in place as I had filled out the Covid form online before bringing my mom. I don't think the staff is terribly but as the old adage says,(One bad apple can spoil the whole bunch). Front line staffing is crucial to business success.

I paid $600 for teeth whitening call Zoom at this charming smile on 07/12/2021 yesterday, my teeth is still very brown , I am so dissapointed

10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!! Extremely kind, patient, knowledgable, considerate staff! I really enjoyed my appointment at this incredible dental office. In the past, I've had awful experiences when going to the dentist, but this office was literally sent from heaven! I was very pleased with the entire experience and very happy with the procedures done. All of the staff is very, very kind and patient. They genuinely care about you as a person and your needs first. They explained everything to me in a digestible way and made sure I was fully aware of everything that would be done, the costs, and the pros/cons. The dental hygienist was very careful with my teeth and made sure I was okay throughout the cleaning. She was a very pleasant person to speak to and be around! It was honestly VERY, very refreshing and inspiring to be in a dental office filled with black woman and black excellence! Dr. Kelley is an absolute sweetheart!! She was very gentle, kind, reassuring, and patient. I was THRILLED when I found out she is a fellow Howard University alumna and of course , she did not disappoint :) She 100000% knows what she is doing and she really cares about her patients. HIGHLY recommend to everyone!!

Dr. Kelly is a very gentle, kind woman. She explains what is going on in your mouth, what your treatment plan will be, and what you can expect from the visit. She did a great job on my filling and was excellent with her pain management. Barely felt the injections at all. If you're nervous about seeing the dentist - like me - it made the whole process much less stressful.

Professional and friendly staff. Sanitary office practices made me feel safe. I had a great visit.

Absolutely amazing! My husband found them and, after having work done himself, booked appointments for me and our two daughters (8 and 4). Our appointment was today and it was an excellent experience. Everyone there is super friendly and personable. Aside from that....everyone is thorough with excellent communication . Lastly.....BLACK GIRL MAGIC!!! My daughters and I enjoyed our experiences and have already booked our follow up appointments.
