This is the most open and honest dentist office I've ever seen. Dr. Bidabadi and her team make sure you know exactly what they are doing and why. While they will let you know what they would recommend, they never pressure you into getting treatments that you don't need, which is something I really appreciate. Also, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the excellent front desk staff. Laura and Nancy are top notch; Dr. B, whatever you're paying them, double it!

Avoid! This once excellent practice was sold about ten years ago. Upsells patients for whitening and other money-making procedures. Look around the office and you’ll see the posters pitching those services. Those with similar concerns, please post.

I went into SoftTouch Family Dentistry for the first time today, after making a call for an urgent appointment after never being a patient of theirs before. Not only are the lovely ladies at the front desk beyond fantastic, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bidabadi! I have spent a lot of time in dentists offices in my life, but I have never felt so comforted and reassured than I felt today. She explained everything down to the T in a way I could understand. She wanted me to ask questions and was more than happy to answer then honestly.
