Dr Amy and Dr Paul Ala is awesome, they explained everything well and tell you how to care your teeth or your child teeth and what's you doing wrong or doing right. I would differently recommend them. Thank you for the care my daughter received and the care I received

I found Dr. Paul knowledgable, patient and gentle. In my initial meeting/cleaning, he listened to my concerns and worked with me to create a plan for care. I'm happy to have found a dentist in the area I feel comfortable working with!

My husband and i have always have a hard time finding a dentist who cares, and is willing to be patient with us. Dr Paul has been very patient. He allows my husband to use headphones whenever he has work done since he suffers from anxiety. While he has gotten his procedure done, Dr. Paul is always checking on him to make sure he is comfortable. While he’s doing the procedure he’s always very informative of what he’s doing. After many bad experiences with other dentists we HIGHLY recommend Dr. Paul and his staff.

Dr Paul Ala and Amy Ala are amazing, very professional. Paul and Amy are awesome, gentle and caring dentists whose main priorities are making sure their patients are comfortable so they get the best dentistry care they offer. Front of staff as well as Dr. Ala were quite brusque and rude. We took our 2 kids there, but it was a mistake. We won't be returning.

After going to the same dentist for 15 years, I went to see Dr. Ala. He was incredibly kind and informative. I learned more about my teeth and why things were happening in one visit than I have learned in my adult life! His ability to clean my teeth without using any topical numbing gel for my sensitive and exposed roots was amazing! I had a very pleasant experience and will definitely return. My kids love going there too to see Dr. Amy Ala who is great with kids!

I switched to this practice from a dentist in Brookline last year based on recommendations from co-workers, and have since recommended additional patients who have also had positive experiences. Dr. Ala really gets to know and understand his patients, and he provides top quality care.

I was concerned about my first visit with Dr Paul since it had been over 3 years since I had received any dental care with no dental insurance. The staff are all very friendly and Dr Paul gave me the best consultion I have ever had with any other dentist from the East Coast as a child to the West Coast and now back on the East Coast again. He was encouraging and helpful with his recomendations and I felt very confident he truly was informing me of the real issues with my dental care. His information and equipment systems are very up to date and efficient. The office payment plan is very workable for someone like me on a limited fixed income. The recommendation I received from some friends to go see Dr Paul for my dental support turned out to be a perfect fit! I would recommend Generations Dental Center to any of my family and friends.

I came across Generations Dental Center about three years ago as I was looking for a new dentist in the area and I couldn’t be happier with the choice I made. From the moment I walked in to the office and met Dr. Paul and his wife Amy. They were exceptionally friendly and at the same time very professional and knowledgeable about their work and for the past three years they have definitely made me feel more like family when I go see them for my regular visits. I really appreciate all the dental work they have done on me and I would highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for an exceptional family oriented dentist.

I can't say enough good things about my family's experience at Generation Dental. The office is clean, bright and inviting. My kids (ages 3, 5, and 8) LOVE going to the see Dr. Amy and have been her patients since they were toddlers. They actually look forward to every visit, and they are never scared or nervous to get their teeth cleaned or worked on. She is creative and makes the experience fun with prizes and balloons. I especially appreciate that she educates them at an early age about the importance of taking care of their teeth, and her advice goes a long way in our house. My husband and I also go to Generation Dental to see Dr. Paul who is fabulous. He is gentle but thorough and takes the time to answer my questions. I had a cleaning yesterday, and I left the office with sparkling teeth, but also a little more education and personal motivation to do a better job on brushing and flossing myself. This is the best dentist office I have ever been to. The staff was friendly, professional and welcoming to me as a new patient. The dentist, Dr. Ala was very nice, knowledgeable and informative. He took his time to explain things to me thoroughly. I would very highly recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for a dentist!

Both my daughter and I have visited this office, and we've both been pleasantly surprised. My daughter (10) was delighted with the explanations she received, and was very excited to return for her next appointment. I love that she was taught to be an advocate for herself, and given the autonomy to make her own decisions, rather than the dentist speaking with me (which I have commonly experienced and which irritates her to no end). We both really appreciate the individualized service. I saw Dr. Ala, and was anxious keeping my appointment due to the years of neglect in my oral hygiene and my embarrassment. Dr. Ala was very compassionate, gentle, and informative - explaining best practices without lecturing me on my failures. He even explained financial issues and insurance coverage with regards to the procedures he was recommending, so I could make the most informed decision possible. I have never written a glowing review of a dentist's office before, but am happy to recommend this office to others. I also very much appreciate their use of emails, texts, and online intake forms - it was *so* easy to confirm my appointments and the paperwork beforehand was a breeze when I could do it at home without crippling anxiety. Front desk staff is also unusually friendly and welcoming - they seem genuinely happy to see you (instead of bothered by your presence like many other offices I have visited). I am grateful Generations Dental accepts my insurance, and am so happy to have found a Dentist who is skilled and compassionate. Thank you! I look forward to my next appointment.

I used to be so afraid of the dentist, but since going to Generations I am excited for my cleanings. The Ala's are very kind, gentle and knowledgeable about dental health and preventative care. Their office is clean, welcoming and comfortable. I have recommended them to friends and family as their office has been a great experience for me.

Dr. Ala was warm, and he was generous with his time. He was not eager to perform aggressive procedures (i.e., fill my daughter's cavities), but instead instructed my daughter in how to maintain the small size of the cavities. He has a great "chair-side manner!"

My family and I have been patients at Generations Dental for two years now and couldn’t be happier. Having had to change dentists due to a job change that required an insurance change, presented a challenge. But with Generations Dental, the service is excellent. The staff is both friendly and efficient. Drs. Ala are very thorough and always keep us informed of what they will be doing at each appointment. They really care about your dental health and provide regular guidance on how best to maintain your teeth. I never feel like my teeth and gums have been mutilated after a cleaning nor feel like I’m being pushed to have unnecessary work done (something I could never say with previous dentists). They have a gentle yet expert touch and use modern equipment. They are genuinely caring dentists who make it an easy experience every time.

Ok so I was going to write a review until I realized they made me sign a form in their office before seeing my children that won't allow me to slander them on social media (who does that?). I gave 1 star so I bet you can imagine what my review would say! If you want to know my story feel free to personally email me and I will tell you at least 4 things they did that made my 20 year old walk out. Oh and don't expect to cancel if your kid has strep throat just a heads up.

This has to be THE BEST dentist I have ever been too. My 4 year old is SO shy and scared and won't talk to anyone. They are so welcoming and warm hearted that my son opened right up and did an amazing job!! I would truly recommend this office to anyone!! Thank you guys so much for being so amazing with my boys!
