Front staff was wonderful and dental hygienist was great-as usual. I have now had 3 encounters with Dr Smith that have not gone well. She does not listen to my concerns and is very dismissive and defensive. I am going to request to never have her as the dentist again. I have been coming there since 2006 and I have always raved about you guys, but not any more. I have actually referred countless people to your office a PCP, but I wont any more. I voiced my disappointment at this visit and was not impressed with the response by Dr Smith.

I’ve never done a review online this is my first time, I’ve been to 3-4 dental offices in the last 2 years and I have to say this the best dental office in Boston and Newton area. In most dental offices the dentists don’t even have time to answer all your questions, everyone at This dental office was very welcoming, the front desk, the hygienists the whole team. Dr Melissa smith is the best dentist, she’s very kind and generous I can’t thank her enough!!
