Shameful is my overall review. I had been a patient of Dr. Szarek for years. During a period of time while I had no dental insurance I needed a crown and could not afford the out-of-pocket cost, so I rescheduled the original appointment. Then I got covid and had to cancel the next appointment. Now I have insurance, and the money to perform the work, and Dr. Szarek refuses to see me and wants me to see his inadequate associates. His associates are intimidating and uncaring and really didn't listen the time I did see them. My dental fears were once calmed by this office and now, I'm looking for a new dentist. Just shameful!

If you are looking for an honest Dentist office this is the place for you. Not only are they the most honest but they are extremely clean and go over and beyond to stay compliant with Covid regulations. Everyone on the staff is professional and friendly. The office is brand new and welcoming. Dr Szarek takes his time with every patient and does his best to make sure you are comfortable with every procedure big or small.

Had some remedial work done here, the work was great, but doc Coravos being in only once a week because golf and a receptionist team that felt wholly unaccomidating... Update: After speaking with Dr. Szarek, I'm convinced that his practice would be a great choice, he spoke from a position of empathy and understanding. I would be a returning patient if I hadn't already moved out of state.

My dentist for many years, Dr. Coravos and his wonderful team (Rebecca and Tene who are superb dental hygienists- I will follow them anywhere), recently joined with Dr. Szarek and his team in Dracut. In June I had a dental emergency, and having never met Dr. Szarek and his staff until this day, I was overwhelmed with how wonderful all of them were. Everyone, from being welcomed warmly by the receptionist, to the professional and genuinely pleasant dental assistants and hygienists that I interacted with (both that day, and since then, on another visit), each and every one of them was present in all interactions, they listened, and were gracious and efficient. The office atmosphere was calm and light, as if they all love their jobs! What a comforting environment for any dental patient to be in, but especially for someone like me that has much anxiety just thinking about sitting in that dental chair. I hesitate to mention names, as everyone in this office is new to me, and I don't want to leave anyone out, but I did not encounter anyone without a smile, eye contact, or genuine sincerity. As well, the office is beautiful, immaculate, and very professional.
