Lo peor que puede existir como clínica dental no hay un día que vaya ahí y no salga molesta. Ojalá y la gente se informe antes de ir a esa por quería de oficina.

New confirmation policy is inconvenient, if you don't confirm within the week of your appointment, it get's cancelled. First message I got, did not say anything about appoint getting canceled if it was not confirmed. It slipped my mind. Second message that did announce that my appointment would be cancelled only gave me 4 hours to confirm. Was in meetings all day and unable to see that message until too late and now I wasted a sick hours used to be available at the time. I never missed appointments before and understand new rules, but at least make sure to notify in advance that the appoint will be canceled if not confirmed.

If I could rate this location 0 I would. I came the date of my appt, which was scheduled 5 months in advance, only for the receptionist to tell me that it was canceled. I took the day off literally for nothing. She stated that I was called 5x and messages were left. Lie#1. Then after confirming my phone number stated my insurance was called. Lie#2. She stated I don't have dental insurance only health. Lie#3. I know I have insurance I pay monthly through my job. Her nonchalant not my problem attitude was more than I could take. Just no consideration for my time or compassion/empathy for the situation. The appt qas for my son and myself. I called and confirmed my insurance was active. I don't need to be in business with a company that lies to their patients. I'll take my business somewhere I can be appreciated and cared for properly!! Don't waste your time! There are plenty of other places that will treat you right!

Today I needed a couple of fillings and I was a bundle of nerves. Dr Shariff and her hygienist were so caring and listend to me. I really appreciated the extra time they took to care. I'd recommend them to everyone and I've told a few people about them already. Today fast forward from yesterday my daughter called in an emergency basis and she was told no new patients were being seen until September....she was quickly hung up on and of course I felt terrible for her especially after I'd been encouraging her to call your office 😔

i love the work that dental hygienists carol and Gina do on my teeth! Along with wisdom teeth removal that Dr. Gonzalez did on me which went very smoothly and quickly.

I love coming to Dental Bright! The staff are always so welcoming and nice when I come in and when they call to remind me of my appointments. Gina is a great dentist and I have been seeing her for years. Everyone is always so attentive and they all do an amazing job. Highly recommend!

this place was amazing! first off the girls in the front receptionist are very nice and have very good customer service skills. the assistants doing the x-rays were VERY nice and Dr M was the most calm quick and knowledgeable . i needed a cleaning done before all the other stuff was scheduled and the hygienist that did my cleaning was super gentle and quick . i recommend these medical professionals if you want to get treated right and with respect and come out of there with a nice smile!

Dental bright in Lawrence ma is the most caring, gentle dentist I've ever been to! They truly care about their patients! LOVE them! Absolutely recommend this dentist!!
