Dr Ian and his staff are professional, courteous and to the point. Concerns are addressed, and the office has a chill neighborhood vibe, vs a sterile, corporate office. Of the many times my teeth have been cleaned at different practices, I can honestly say the best hygiene experience I've had happen here.

This place is awesome! Misty and the rest of the staff are understanding, honest, and very caring! I appreciate them for making 3 fillings seem and feel less bad!

I can’t say enough good things about them. It’s a pleasure from the beginning of my appointment till I left. I found a dentist to be very knowledgeable yet very kind. They put me at ease right away. They really enjoy what they do and you can tell that.

I'm a mother of many and I'm so glad to have found a dentist I can trust! I highly recommend Dr. McLaughlin and his team. The practice is run in a very family-friendly manner. The staff is small, cheerful, and welcoming. Dr. McLaughlin and Misty, the receptionist, are both parents who understand the challenges of getting appointments for kids and managing schedules, etc. They do their best to make the logistics easy for me. I really appreciate how they work with me, understanding where I'm coming from. The prices are reasonable (we pay out of pocket as we are part of a cost-sharing ministry rather than having insurance) and, again, I can sense that Dr. McLaughlin and his team are on my side in this regard. Finally, the dental work is really good. Dr. McLaughlin is very thorough and meticulous with his work. My daughter needed fillings along her front teeth and when he was done, it was like magic -- you really can't see where she had issues before. He's worked on my teeth and I'm very satisfied with how the work turned out. I had to have a 3yo get fillings and Dr. McLaughlin handled her care quickly and deftly so that she didn't have any issues getting the work done (even though it was lunchtime!). I have referred others here and I know they're satisfied as well. I feel that we're treated like family here. My family will definitely keep seeing Dr. McLaughlin for his thorough and common-sense care! The space is clean and pleasant. (The only thing I would change would be just to replace the piped pop/top-40-type music exchanged for quiet or classical/jazz/folk/some kind of real music.)

Dr. McLaughlin and his staff are AMAZING!!!! So very happy I found such a great dental team!!! Everyone is so very friendly and professional and that helps making trips to the dentist enjoyable!! Dr. McLaughlin is very patient, listens to what you have to say, definitely wants you to be happy and wants the results to be perfect the first time! Perfect Smile. I have been going to McLaughlin Family dentists for over 30 years. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. In the past year I required cosmetic work that is absolutely flawless. For that I'm so grateful. Can't recommend a better dental practice.

So i have had many bad experiences with different dentists offices and because of that I had avoided going for a least 10 years. I finally realized I needed to face my fears and finally take care of myself so I decided on Dr Mclaughlin's office to try out and see how I felt. From the moment I walked in my fears were put to rest. Misty who is the receptionist was incredibly helpful and super nice. The technician and Dr Mclaughlin were very nice and told me the plan of action to fix my issues. I was expecting a lecture about my current condition or not going to the dentist for over a decade but instead I was welcomed for coming in even though I was so afraid. Everyone is amazing and they always make me feel so comfortable. I would recommend Dr Mclaughlin's office to everyone I know.

I must say that Dr. McLaughlins dentist office has been the greatest so far. Everybody on his team has been wonderful, knowledgeable and very kind. I went in originally due to a broken bottom molar just day's before Thanksgiving and they did a fantastic temporary repair before I could have my root canal done (which was difficult to schedule during the Covid pandemic). They answered all of my questions and helped me to stay calm since I just started having heart problems right before this happened. After meeting the staff, i decided to set them as my primary care dentist and they have been doing a fantastic job with repairing my molar. I would highly recommend to anyone!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I have a huge fear of the dentist and I’ve avoided going for a long time. I checked reviews and based on Dr. McLaughlin reviews I decided to make an appointment for myself and my 4 year old (who also hates the dentist). I am still in shock at how amazing the experience was! Dr. McLaughlin explain everything he was doing and never made me feel bad about the neglect I’ve given my teeth. He created a plan with me that was reasonable and doable. I never felt uncomfortable or nervous! And my daughter now no longer fears the dentist, he made it so fun for her! She has actually asked to go back several times! Misty who works at the front was so kind and compassionate too! They gave my daughter a timer for when she brushes her teeth that she now uses everyday. I’m actually excited not to be embarrassed about my smile anymore for the first time since high school! I am HIGHLY recommending Dr. McLaughlin and the whole office!

Im a recently new patient of Dr McLaughlin. I looked for a new dentist after having issues with a tooth for an extended period of time that my previous dentist was unable to resolve. I chose dr McLaughlin based on his reviews, and Im glad I did. He was able to fix my troublesome tooth. Highly recommend

I've been a patient of Dr. Ian McLaughlin for the past 2 years. Dr. Ian is by far the best dentist that I've worked with. Dr. Ian always takes the time to explain the procedure that I'm having, which makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Ian answers any and all of the questions that I may have. I never feel rushed and he is always fully present when he is with me.

Visiting this dental office is like visiting friends (who know what they're doing so very well to take care of your dental health). Everyone is warm and nice in a very sincere way. This really stands out! I have come to know that all of the staff - each and everyone - is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and cares about (and enjoys) their role in providing good service. This is an exceptional dental office! Walked in wanting to smile. Walked out with a perfect smile. Today I can’t stop smiling from ear to ear! This is probably the friendliest place I've ever been. Had to find a new dentist after 30 years at my old one. Just too much turnover in recent years. Called here and was welcomed with open arms. Dr. McLaughlin does an amazing job. Thorough and you'll never find a dentist more honest than him. Proud to say I have found a new home! Kudos to the whole crew there!!!

Just like family---yes, it's possible to feel like your dental office is just like family! Since my return home to Leominster, I was looking for a dentist that is very knowledgeable & uses current treatment methods. I needed quite a bit of dental work, as I had let my care lapse over the years (yes, I put the kids as priority for dental needs). I did go to a local dentist that had been in town for years...but in one year the turnover within that practice was staggering. I had a different dentist each time. I actually met Dr Ian and his staff at the Johnny Appleseed Festival (his booth was setting up next to our booth). I talked with him, and met his family, and his staff. I finally took a chance, booked an appointment...and am so relieved! Dr. Ian is amazing! He is brilliant, caring, and I trust his advice! His staff is super friendly and very professional, yet warm. Misty has helped me tremendously in planning out my care, negotiating insurance issues, and she has just been so responsive to my constant questions and last minute needs to change my appointments due to work. Recently, my husband has become a patient, my son, and my niece! Thank you Dr Ian and staff for helping me take care of my dental needs AND ESPECIALLY for being Family! (oh, and I no longer dread going to the dentist :-)
