I am very happy with the service this dentist offers. I have been a patient for a year and they have done great cleanings, and have been very engaging in regards to my oral health. I received one filing 6 months ago and had a satisfactory experience. David, Stephanie, Emily, and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I like the way they provide information and advice without tremendous sales pressure. I’ve never been so upset with a decision in my life then I am about wasting my family’s hard earned money on “fast braces” at this office. I had traditional braces at 15 and I had them for less time then I had these “fast braces”. I was assured after getting them off I would get a permanent retainer. Then was told he wanted to wait until after my cleaning and would do it then. Then after my cleaning, was told I had several cavities and he wanted to fix those first, yet after spending almost $5000 on braces I didn’t have another $5000 for cavities at the time. It was also mentioned multiple times that the cavities should’ve been fixed first but if that was the case, he was the professional, he shouldn’t have taken my money for the braces then! So many errors in this process from the start it seems…. The right thing to do would be to put the retainer in and keep the work that was done and go from there. Instead, every day, after a 10 hour shift at work, my teeth had shifted so much it was excruciating to put my retainers on the bottom in. I called about this and was told someone would call me, no one ever did. They texted about money I owed but not about my complaints, I owed for a general cleaning… which is another issue, I’ve NEVER had to pay upfront or owe money for a routine cleaning. Now I have a $3000 credit card balance for braces that didn’t even work bc my bite wasn’t lined up and my teeth shifted so fast and all they care about is taking your money, not the longevity of the work. I’m sick to my stomach every day when I look at my shifted teeth to know that I wasted money. Not to mention throughout my appointments I endured several sexist and inappropriate comments, several pertaining to my pain tolerance and how could I ever have actually had children if I can’t handle the pain of braces… I wish I could return my braces and get my money back bc this was not the outcome I hoped for or expected!
