Awful zero stars honestly, but I had to at least give one to leave this review! don’t even want to get into details because it was so unpleasant, but I went for a cleaning, the hygienist was super sweet, she asked what I did for work and when I told her I work for masshealth she asked if Masshealth ever investigates providers for ROBBING THEM?! That was the second red flag, my first was the horrible service when I checked in. the tech that took my X-rays was also very sweet and professional . I went for a cleaning had to wait 25 min just for the dentist to come in and tell me I had five cavities and needed a pa for a deep cleaning so time wasted other than knowing I now needed these things taken care of. then the young girl who handled insurance was unable to look up my insurance & so I let them know I would call when I got home to update insurance info asked what time they closed she SPECIFICALLY told me 6pm so prior to calling back when I got home, I went online to see what time they close & their website very clearly says 5pm! when I got home 5 MIN LATER I called back & was immediately met with “please hold” and instantly placed on hold, I waited on hold for 25 min which was enough time for me to get back in my car & drive all the way back. I approached the front desk where all the receptionists were LITERALLY doing absolutely NOTHING. Except sitting there. Yet I was STILL on hold. My immediate thoughts on this place was that the reception staff need to be FIRED. Extremely unprofessional, walking around eating, chatting about everything except anything to do with their actual jobs, listening to music at the front desk, my husband caught them giving me dirty looks, probably because I was livid and not accepting the level of unprofessionalism I was experiencing. I should have done my research before coming to this place, great for ppl who have Medicaid that have no standards when it comes to the type of care and respect they are given if I’m being honest. I’m middle aged and have bounced around from dentist to dentist for vet the years because I have an irrational fear. I wish I were lying. I made an appointment here back in 2015, and can honestly say that I’ve yet to have a bad experience here. I’ve had a lot of dental work done, due to my anxieties and avoiding checkups and cleanings. I’ve had extractions, fillings, and a root canal. I’ve had abscesses teeth and plaque build up and now extreme recession. I’m so regretful that I didn’t find them sooner, and embarrassed that I could have avoided so much irreversible damage, but they have been gracious, understanding and compassionate. The front desk staff is always welcoming and accommodating. The hygienists and assistants are just so wonderful and gentle. The dentists are so incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend.

Came two times for my kids braces to be fix because they fall off and they didn’t see him because mistakes been make during the appointment process, very frustrating no organization at all

Went there because I had toothache on my tooth, and they said I had 3 others, so I get them done there. And apparently Dr. Kong found 7 other cavities. (They didn't even hurt)She was very unprofessional in the aspect they took my wires off, even though I don't go to that dentist for ortho, I had later found out that they cannot do that because I don't go to them for ortho. Also, she wanted to do all 7 at the same time ??? And got upset when I told her that I didn't want to do that. So then I went in after to get them done. Then after like 2 months later they call my mom telling her that I needed to get two MORE CAVITIES to get filled. Honestly, they probably just wanted to charge my insurance. To top it off, I got a filling done 3 months ago, and it broke today!! In under three months, the job she did was terrible.

Not sure about dental cleaning, if you are going for Invisalign treatment, DO NOT come here. The doctor is super busy she has to take care of 8 patients at one time and barely stay with you for 5 minutes, and you have to be quick to ask questions, felt very rushed. Everything is poorly coordinated. For something like your teeth and mouth it’s kinda important to get the right treatment, this is not the place to come.

Have been going here for YEARS and was never notified of their new policy that required a confirmation *24 hours* before the appointment. Despite confirming the appointment by email the day before, I arrived and was told my appointment was cancelled because it wasn’t within the 24 hours. Never heard of such a ridiculous policy, not to mention neglecting to notify their patients resulting in our time being wasted. Will be seeking dental care somewhere else now.

Doesnt deserve any stars not very good at keeping appointment there always calling to reschedule. I had a temporary crown that fell out and I called them to see if I could come in and get it fixed they said they have available time in November. Yea ok not happening the nerve of my tooth was exposed and I am in pain they told me to come in Friday at 1 and now they are in a meeting until 1:30 there is no sign up saying that there is a staff meeting I definitely wouldn't recommend this place they used to be so good. Dont come here they are horrible my kids that they use to not hurt now they hurt you

The dentist Navtej kang is terrible at his job mark my words if you let him drill your teeth in a couple months your teeth will be in pain trust me worst dentist guy ever, then they prescribed me without wash and the lady in the front desk said she was gonna call the pharmacy for the cvs I would like the mouth wash to be sent to and then she would call me back , I waiting 20 mins and call them and they where close I’m in pain and there just taking it as a joke !
Best dentist on the Northshore. Dr. Dom is a perfectionist and will have you loving your smile. My whole entire family goes here. Connie the hygienist is also great and takes her time to clean each and every tooth thoroughly.

Este a sido siempre el lugar donde llevo a mi niño para sus chequeos dentales pero la última cita que tuvo el servicio fue de lo peor lo que fue la recepcionista que lastimosamente no vi su nombre pesada como ella misma y el doctor por salir del compromiso hizo el chequeo rápido, la verdad este lugar no es como antes y creo que ya es tiempo de cambiar a mi niño para otro dentista

All of the staff was polite and friendly at both appointments i had, I had a wonderful experience at both of my appointments. The doctor as well as the hygienist were very kind and gentle with the dental care. I would 10/10 recommend this office.

Mal servicio me llamaron para hacerme una cita , me hicieron la cita para el sábado 18 de diciembre para una limpieza me mandaron mensajes para confirmar y me llamaron y confirme la cita el día de la cita llego y resulta que no tengo cita porque los sábados solo atienden niños . Cuando ellos mismo me confirmaron el jueves. Me llaman esa misma semana disque para cancelar una “supuesta cita” de mi niña para el “25 de diciembre” cita que jamás yo hice en ningún momento que la cancelaban porque van estar cerrados de verdad que no tienen personal capacitado todo es un desorden completo no le recomiendo a nadie este lugar solo lo hacen a uno perder su tiempo tuve más de 4 experiencias similares en este lugar. NO PIERDAN SU TIEMPO VAYAN A OTRO LUGAR .

I had received a text message prior to that day saying to respond with C to confirm my appointment which I did. Went in for my 5pm appointment on October 26,2021 and was told that because I didn’t confirm,it was cancelled. The lady at the front seat then told me that their system had been having some problems so they didn’t receive some notifications so wasn’t my fault. I had to wait for more than 30mins to see if the next appointment would come in before I was put into the system for that day. I was called in and sat in a room to wait for the doctor which took another 30mins and when he finally came, a lady came in with him and told me that before they can start the appointment,I have to pay $185 that minute for my cavities. I was never told when the original appointment was made that I had to pay money before the appointment started and even when the lady at the front desk added me in,she never said a word so I waited for over an hour just for them to tell me I had to pay or no services. The lady called it the copay and in my head I was like every hospital setting I’ve gone to,I’ve either not paid a copay or the most I’ve paid is $25 and that’s an ACTUAL hospital. They also couldn’t do a payment plan so I left without doing what I was supposed to get done after spending money to get there and waiting for over an hour. That customer service was sooooo bad on that day and I’m really thinking of switching back to my previous dentist doctor because this wasn’t it. I’ve never had any problems with them before but this right here made me so angry,I had to say something.
