Been going to Union Dental for many years. I get my semi-annual cleaning from Sue. She does the best job of any hygienist I've even seen (I'm 69). At Union Dental they allot at least 45 minutes for a cleaning. The vast majority of dental offices allot only 30 minutes. Sue is very caring and thorough and gives great advice on tooth/gum care.

Started going to Union Dental about 10 years ago because of the proximity to my job. Even though I no longer work in the area, I still drive 45 minutes to Union Dental because of the excellent experience. Sue is by far the best dental hygienist I've ever worked with. She knows her stuff, is extremely personable, and provides the necessary feedback to have your teeth and gums looking and feeling their best. Now that I consistently do my "homework", my teeth and gums are looking better than they ever have in my life. If you're ready to make oral health a priority, make an appointment at Union Dental and ask for Sue. You won't regret it!

3/9/2023 came in for a root canal immediately the receptionist Jennifer had great energy and answers all your questions she makes you feel listened to and apart of the family she went above and BEYOND for me! Dr. Thomas did an amazing job it was super painless I wasn’t nervous at all he is so funny and great with patients the dental hygienist did a great job too! Dr. Huang is friendly and calm, more importantly she cares about the patient. The cleaning was gentle yet thorough, and the treatment (filling and root canal) was stress less. I had an amazing time at the dentist Mileena, marissa mr tong and Calvin made my experience a memorable one I came in for a wisdom teeth extraction fear and dread in my mind but they calmed me down and assured me that I would be ok and it didn’t hurt at all It was all in my head they bummed me and within like 3 to 4 min my wisdom tooth was out and I couldn’t even tell. 10/10 will come here again great staff here. First time I saw these people they were nice, after the job was half way done and the pandemic kicked in they never finished the job, the partial damaged my lower teeth and I went there I got mistreated and they never finished in fixing it. Please if you have a choice look for someone else… I did post a 5 start review and now I’m changing to one because I have no option in giving them none.! I’m thinking twice in finding a attorney to go after them.

I have been going to Union Dental for a few years now and was referred to them by my now ex boyfriend. Dr. Tong is very knowledgeable and always makes me feel very comfortable. I can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I was actually just there last Friday starting the process of implants, and I was very nervous about the whole process but I feel I'm in good hands and I'm healing quickly. Dr. Huang recently did some fillings on me and she was very gentle and professional. The office staff are friendly also, I would definitely recommend.
