Bristol County Dentists

dont recommend. cost me $80 to sit in the chair for 2 seconds for them to refer me to a different spot. the refereed spot wants over a grand for extraction. found a different spot, cost me nothing for consultation and were ready to extract today and for half the asking price of the spot recommend by Bristol dentist. lady in charge also gave me attitude because she knew she was ripping me off and i told it to her face. On top of all that she never sent my prescription and is closed weekends so i had to wait 4 extra days to start antibiotics. UNPROFESSIONAL. but the other hygenist in there was really nice and i feel for her. also the receptionist is nice too.

Brought my kids to this dentist for years... I just recently moved and chose a dentist closer to me. Come to find out, my son has an old baby tooth that should've come out but didn't.... you can plainly see without x-rays from what my new dentist said, that it is pushing one tooth over like the leaning tower of piza and caused another tooth to be impacted.... you can clearly see it when i actually saw the xrays...then he has another impacted tooth.... was never told this! He gets nervous and upset getting cavities filled and they wouldn't give him anything to calm him down... said the issue wasn't enough to use laughing gas and told me to go Somewhere else to get those procedures done... horrible place

The staff was really nice and professional! Definitely planning on making my regular dentist.

worst dental work, didnt even last a year and wanted to charge me again to replace. Bunch of hacks who deserve jail, not just loosing their licenses. Front desk is nice

They got very bad service . They were yelling at 10-year old boy. I will never ever going back

Went to them with an emergency and Lina was very responsive on getting me in asap she is very helpful and always very happy and the dentists there made sure I got the best treatment both dentist are great also had a cleaning and the hygienist did great job and really took her time and made me feel very calm everyone at the office seemed to enjoy what they do in helping there patients and guide them in the proper direction.

You know every Dentist office has it’s issues but when I stepped into Bristol County Dentists I knew I was in the right hands. The front desk was welcoming. The dental assistant was very thoughtful and professional with everything she did. She had a great personality and our conversation was great. Looking forward to talking to her again. The Dentist was great and funny, definitely a different dentist then the ones I had before but in a good way. I can’t believe I am saying this but I can’t wait until my next appointment!

The only reason I am giving it a 2 star is because of the front desk staff who are very pleasant. Other than that, the dentists here are terrible. I had a tooth that was filled fall apart a day later and the dentist told me they had to go through my insurance again to get another filing to fix the tooth. Then I went back and watched the lady drill into the wrong tooth and completely mess up a tooth that didn’t need a filling. So I canceled my next appointment to go to another better dentist and a few days later received a fee in the mail for not showing up to my appointment when I confirmed the cancel on the phone with the dentist herself after explaining the situation days before the appointment. I’ve been there for a filling before this and had a dentist seem like she didn’t know what she was doing. I was tossed around to three different dentists while being here. Do not recommend this place what so ever. There are a few other dentists in North Attleboro that are MUCH better than this place.

Great front desk and hygentist. Dentist has zero bed side manner and extremely unprofessional. Does not listen to patient or their concerns treats patients like she is on an assembly line quickly and literally running from patient to patient had to ask her if she changed her gloves at one point. AVOID!

Not my best experience. Front desk was pleasant. Hygienist was pleasant enough, though the conversation was very awkward. Dentists didn't make me feel like my concerns were being heard. Building was old, could hear every other conversation in the office.. Every time someone walked down the hall the x-ray machine bounced up and down while pointed at my skull (!?!) Even had to retake a few times. I'm pretty sure the dentist that arrived on my second appointment for a filling was not the dentist I thought I'd be seeing.. No explanation or introduction other than what might have been the discomfiting and unprofessional whispering I thought I overheard about a possible call-out-sick. Office politics ought best be discussed away from patients' ears. Except to obtain my medical records, I won't be going back.

Highly recommend. The front desk person was polite, the dentist was great, and the hygienist was very gentle, yet thorough!!
