I want to take a moment to thank Dr. Tracy and Dr. Powell for the work they put forth in addressing issues our family was having. Dr. Powell: The night before we were headed on a family vacation he completed a bonding process on our son’s front tooth. This was needed because less than 48 hours prior to that our son had the repair bonding procedure done at his dentist however it began to disaggregate in short order and we were unable to get the dentist to review and address the issue prior to our trip. This was very stressful as he was in pain and we were leaving on an early flight the next day however Perfect Smiles and in particular Dr. Powell were kind, patient and worked to make sure the bonding was done properly, which involved removing layer upon layer of bonding work done previously and building his front tooth back up properly using the correct techniques. Since my son’s visit he has experienced no pain, the bonding looks amazing and is lasting and he is confident in smiling and showing his beautiful teeth. After that visit I decided right then that our son would go to Perfect Smiles moving forward. Dr. Tracy: After my son’s experience I decided I would try Perfect Smiles myself after multiple visits with my dentist in late 2022 yielded no answers as to why my teeth on both sides of my mouth hurt. Despite repeated visits the best response I could get was to have root canals on all the teeth that were bothering me. Having felt as though steps were missed I decided to get a second opinion and met with Dr. Tracy. The outcome was both helpful but frustrating with respect to the care I previously received. I had multiple cracks in one tooth which explained why, for close to 6 months I was not able to eat on that side of my mouth and for which a crown was required and 4 unidentified cavities which explained why the other side of mouth hurt as well. I had another great experience at Perfect Smiles. I had a crown that cracked and needed to be replaced. Dr Power was my provider. He was professional, patient and concerned about my comfort. Sheila was assisting him. She put me at ease throughout my time there. She was kind, compassionate, patient and funny. From now on, I will only book my restorative care appointments when she is present. Destiny, the office manager, approved my replacement crown being covered by the warranty. This was my first time at a dentist in almost 6 year, the reason being I didn't trust the dental offices in people living rooms in the state of Vermont. This place was profesional, welcoming and made sure I understood everything they were asking of me and took the time to listen to what I needed and wanted to get out of the dental appointment. What a beautiful office and the staff was amazing from the first phone call all the way until I checked out. I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist I’ve always had issues with my teeth and have never not been in pain this office gets 5Stars I did not feel one thing!! I’ll first start with Taylor she listened and answered all of my questions and got back to me promptly she also found an opening for the following day. I was seen in the office for my first visit as I’m getting married in a few weeks and my front teeth were chipping and my schedule appointment with my previous dentist was a disaster that’s all I’ll say about that …. which left me with not much time and chipped yellow front teeth! The assistant Britney V is the sweetest she took her time and answered all my questions went over all of my concerns and then brought them to the doctor and came up with the perfect plan with Dr.Power they treated me with such compassion and now my teeth look AMAZING not only for my wedding but for the first time I can really smile in a photo and I literally can not thank them both enough. You guys all ROCK!!!

Nikki was so great! I have been coming here for years but she was by far the most pleasant dental hygienist I have worked with. Not only did she make me feel comfortable but she was so nice and hade laughing the whole time. She gave down to earth, helpful advice and I really enjoyed my experience with her. I called in the beginning of 2022 several times to get the prices for services I was recommended and to get basic cleaning prices to be told I’d get a call back and was never called back, several times! So I gave up and didn’t get any cleanings in 2022. I tried calling back at the end of 2022 in Oct/Nov a few times to be told again they couldn’t figure out prices and I’d receive a call back. Again I never received any calls back. I’m mainly leaving this review to let the appropriate people know that who ever has been answering the phones for the past year really don’t care and are turning business away. I really enjoyed your Seekonk office and went many times but I need to get cleanings in 2023 so I’ll be seeking a different dentist with better receptionists.
