Words could not express how kind and loving. They treat like family. I always have a hard time going to the dentist for years. I was terrified and left smiling with a glow. I didn't go back for 3 years due to work schedule as a covid nurse. I'm telling everyone now go. They will work with you no matter what is going. I'm actually looking forward to going back. From the first time I called, to the meeting the hygienist and the dentist, I was comfortable and pleased with the interactions. I transferred X-rays from a different dentist, and the person I spoke with (I think Sophia??), was super helpful and I never felt rushed or that this was a hassle. The hygienist, Danielle, I fantastic. She was very knowledgeable (and I ask a lot of questions), and took great care. Usually I feel a bit anxious at the dentist, but I ended up relaxed and felt like good care was taken. I already told my husband to switch his dentist too. Highly recommend!

Great staff, modern facility, prompt service-no sitting around in the waiting area for extended periods. Update: First stage of Crown work went great.

For someone who hasn't been to the dentist in 5+ years and needed to get in asap for a chipped tooth I can say I had my best experience here. The employees are very kind and do great work.

Had an emergency and I literally walked in and wasn’t even a patient there. They were unbelievably friendly and accommodating to my emergency situation. I also told them that I was extremely fearful of the dentist and they were amazing every step of the way

This morning I was seen on an emergency basis for what was an extremely painful split tooth. I called the offiice as soon as they opened their doors this morning and explained the nature of my problem to Saundra. She was kind, sympathetic and asked that I should come in immediately. I knew Dr. Casazza’s practice was second to none and worth the 40 mile drive from Northborough to Wakefield. I was seen and cared for within minutes of walking through the door by Dr. Cifuni and his assistant, Darlene. I do not like having to go through dental experiences of any kind and came through the door in a heightened state of dental anxiety, but I was made to feel safe, respected, comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Cifuni and Darlene were kind, cheerful, thorough and absolutely professional. I was made to feel totally informed and confident in what was to transpire. The X-Ray showed my tooth was a disaster and simply couldn’t be saved and would need to be extracted. It wasn’t a simple extraction. Dr. Cifuni explained to me the measures he was taking as he worked. His keeping me informed made me feel better as he proceeded. In the end it was all surprisingly quick, completely painless and a totally positive experience. From the front desk to the Doctors on staff and everyone in between, I would highly recommend The Future Of Dentistry to anyone needing dental work. They also host a membership program which provides discounts to its members for a surprisingly low yearly fee. I have an appointment for a cleaning in a few days and I plan to enroll prior to getting in the chair.

Dr. Couzo and his staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Couzo explained every step to diagnosing the discomfort in my tooth, relieved my pain and clearly explained next steps. I will be back soon to finish my treatment. I am in very good hands at Future of Dentistry.

The professionalism of the staff comes across with every visit. I am always impressed with the thoroughness of the care and service. They always go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible if it is a major repair or just a simple check up. More than once the office staff went extra steps to minimize my cost. I travel 25 miles to use Future of Dentistry and don't regret a mile.

I had such a great experience at Future of Dentistry. I’m new to the area and I needed an appointment to get my cleaned. I had Natasha who made me feel so comfortable and walked me through what I could do to take the best care of my teeth. Highly recommend Natasha and the FOD.

Outstanding staff! Dr Cifuni is exceptional… goes above and beyond to make sure all is well with his patients. Cannot say enough about the friendly caring people you will find here! Dr Rebecca Sacchetti is beyond excellent! Her skills are amazing. She takes her time to make sure all is perfect! My husband is a patient of hers as well! We can’t say enough good things about this wonderful caring doctor! The staff once again is so helpful kind and does everything to ensure things go smoothly.

I dread the dentist.. always have. Future of Dentistry is amazing! They are welcoming, kind and respectful. They have made sure I was comfortable for every appointment! They even have massage chairs! Their appointment system is easy and send you lots of reminders. They were flexible when I needed to change something too. Love this place!
