I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to my teeth. From the moment I called for a consult Robin calmly walked me through what to expect at my appointment over the phone and put me at ease, I knew I would be in good hands. Melissa took care to listen to my concerns and took X-rays with a calm and gentle approach. Dr Mancuso, sat with me multiple times throughout my appointment to gather all the information she needed to come up with a plan that would work best for my situation and then took the time to explain it to me. This practice individualizes the care to each patient. It was nice to meet a dentist I could trust. Thank you

This a very professional practice, with each member of the Dental Health Care of Woburn team being very meticulous about the care they provide. They also communicate very well, both during visits and in between.

First time there and the place was welcoming. The staff is amazing and are all about the patient! I was recommended by a family friend and I would give it 5 stars. Great people, clean facility, and friendly faces.

I will definitely recommend this wonderful dental place. Everyone in the building is amazing. For the first time patient they did an excellent examination to fully evaluate your teeth condition and discuss with you the treatment process step by step. Trisha, she is very nice and kind, give me a BIG discount on the first visit. I will definitely switch to this new place for my dental care. It’s the best ever experience in my whole life!!

Soooo friendly and kind. I don’t want to let the world know how kind this office is because they really are so good and I want them all to myself.. this office is dream team, I see Dr Mancuso for crowns and cavities and they are so patient. (And no cavities for years now!). Christine, thank you for making me feel comfortable and less stressed during my crown prep work. You are professional and so kind. I know this office does a great job because I never have any problems and my teeth look so much better. I just want to hug this whole office ❤️ And thank you Dr. Fried! Great experience overall. The staff at the front was welcoming. Trisha the hygienist was very thorough, caring and informative. Christine is personable and skillful. The dentist Melissa was friendly and professional. Amazing service and quality care for patients. Highly recommend.

I can not say enough good things about them. They're all so nice and accommodating; they explain everything; and make you feel at ease. They're true to their sign - "We cater to cowards " I was a big coward (18 years ago). I am no l ger a coward.

I have been going here for over 10 years and have had nothing but great experiences with my dental healthcare and the kindness of the staff. I always feel valued and taken care of as a patient especially with Kristen being my dental hygienist. We have built a great relationship over the years and I trust her completely with my dental care. She has made going to the dentist enjoyable (when it can easily not be) and I not only appreciate the work she does on my teeth but also her as a person! Also all the front office staff are beyond exceptional at what they do and always greet me warmly whenever I come in

Olivia is an excellent dental hygienist because she is so very, very, very, good at putting me at ease even though I am well aware of what she has lined up for me. A cleaning is not painless, Olivia. The last time I was in Olivia's "Chair" she asked Dr. Mancuso to come over and discuss some future dental care I might need. It was a pleasure to conversate with Dr. Mancuso about my dental needs, then the topic took a strange turn and Dr. Mancuso, and I were talking about home ownership. I just bought a home. All in All, Dental Health Care of Woburn, P.C., staff operates like professional people should, but never forgetting to be empathetic with a twist of some awesome customer service thrown for good measure........................thank you...

Moved back to the area after years away and needed a new dentist. So thrilled my friend recommended Dental Healthcare of Woburn where I had my first visit today. Everyone - Dr. Mancuso, my hygienist Chelsea, the front office staff - was entirely lovely. Welcoming, calm, thorough, nice professionals in a pleasant, comfortable office. Also appreciate the convenience of adjacent parking lot. Highly recommend.

I have quite a history with the dentist and I am glad that I ended up finding this place. They make everything quick and easy. When I go in, they are always kind and efficient. They are happy to answer my questions and make adjustments for my busy schedule. Olivia is a wonderful hygienist who I enjoy talking with in between the work being done, haha. They make even the more difficult visits that much more comfortable. I always recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dentist.

My first time having an appointment with Olivia following years with Jenn (who left the practice). Jenn was terrific and I wondered if I’d have luck finding another great hygienist. Well Olivia was great and I’m grateful- professional, efficient with my time, and personable. Thrilled as dental appointments are just NOT my thing.

Chelsea is a great dental hygienist. She is patient, makes me feel comfortable and has a soft touch, so important when just the thought of going to the dentist makes me tense and anxious. She also explains everything she does and why.
