Unique Dental of Worcester

First, I must say going to the dentist triggers a substantial amount of anxiety. That being said, the receptionist was polite and helpful. The technician was kind and reassuring. Dr. Whig was on time and extremely informative. A previous visit with Dr Devine (unsure of spelling) was an A+. In the people of today's world, it is nice to be able to visit the dentist and not feel like you are a bother. Being treated with respect and courtesy is very much appreciated. I will be returning for my dental needs. I recommend this facility to anyone needing to see the dentist.

I usually never have a problemfor all the years I’ve gone here but this time the dental hygienist (who I’ve never seen before let alone had working on my teeth) was very aggressive with my mouth. Even had me in tears and she just seemed like she wanted to get the cleaning done and over with as fast as possible. I was bleeding pretty bad even tho I already had gum problems, I’ve never seen my teeth bleed this much before. I requested a different doctor for my next visit.

The dentist was punctual and calm. The staff are knowledgeable. Awesome reminders of the appointments. Invisilign so far has been great. Amazed with the results.

I turn 50 this month and my poor teeth were what I thought beyond repair due to avoiding the dentist on and off for years out of fear because of all the horrible experiences I had had in the past with several different dental practices and always being disappointed at the results. Well, I can say now I actually love going to the dentist and my teeth are more beautiful than they have ever been! From the moment you walk in to meet the receptionist, you feel safe and comfortable the Dentists there, and the assistants are kind, comforting and most importantly Rockstars that what they do ! I am forever, grateful to Unique Dental! They have truly made it a pleasure for me to smile again. I have recommended everyone I know, and they say the same. I now get excited and forward to going to my visits because I know how good I feel about myself walking out the door! Thank you so much Unique Dental you have the best staff in the city and I’ve been to a lot of dentists here!!

I met with Kayla last week for a deep cleaning, and she was so sweet, kind and compassionate and she puts your mind at ease with any concerns you have. It is so nice to meet people that can affect you in such a positive and uplifting way, and that's how I felt after meeting with her that day. All of the staff at Unique Dental are friendly and I highly recommend this practice.

I give 5 stars. It was a best experience ever. Ive been on other dental offices but like this one I never found same one else. The staff, the doctor it was excellent. Me and my family always go back there. Thank you so much for everything.

Unless you enjoy physical and financial discomfort, I wouldn't recommend this place for anything more than a simple cleaning. Long story short, I had a filling fall out about two weeks after getting it done here. The office could not accommodate an emergency appointment that same day or even the next day to fix it, so I had to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket as I was desperate to get some relief. The whole experience was most certainly "unique".

Every time I came I waited about an hour and a half for my service to begin. Would recommend if you have all day to spare
