I’ve used this dental practice for my entire life. Between their two locations, I saw each doctor at one point or another, including lots of dental work and orthodontics as a teen. You would think having gone through so much I would have a bit of dental anxiety, but I’ve never had anything but a positive experience with these doctors. As an adult, I have admittedly been neglecting my teeth, and shamefully returned to seek help for a painful tooth. My apprehension of a (well deserved) scolding filled me with anxiety, but instead I was met with comfort and the gentle care I’ve known all my life. Dr Berman sat with me and carefully explained my options, weighed pros and cons, along with costs, and allowed me to be a part of the decision making process of what could be done. His empathy and care meant the world to me as I fought back tears. I can’t say enough good things about how kind and gentle he is! I will be returning for a few treatments in the coming month and instead of still feeling dread and anxiety I feel confidence and comfort knowing my problems are fixable and that I am in very capable hands. Thank you for helping me get my smile back!

Dr. Berman was very friendly and conscientious initially, when he repaired my front tooth crown the I had for a few years and it was always replaced by Dentist where I previously lived. Dr. Berman replaced my front tooth crown and within a few days it came out again. Therefore, I returned so that he could correct his shoddy work, which I thought he did. Within the next few days it came out again and Dr. Berman tried to replace it again. After he was unsuccessful, he turned me over to one of his colleagues in the same office, who had a horrible disposition and she was terrible. Finally they informed me that my crown could not be replaced (after initially telling me that replacing my crown would be no problem). The worst part of this order was being billed again for a service that I had already paid, especially when the service was unsuccessful and the return appointments were their responsibility as per our agreement. When I called to complain that tried to fast tally me and refuse to cancel the debt. They then place the Debt my credit report which I refused to pay. NEVER GO TO THEM FOR ANT SERIOUS DENTISTRY, WHEN THEY CANNOT HONOR THE WORD THE NICETIES WILL GO OUT THE WINDOW. WORST DENTIST EVER

My dear husband, John and I first went to this dental practice a few weeks after moving from New York City to Belleville Michigan in 2006, or so. We have since moved about 55 miles away and we still faithfully see this group. Everyone from the receptionists, the dental hygienists and the dentists are beyond the best. I am in the medical field and I am pretty fussy about the services rendered by medical professionals. The dentists here are the BEST, they really are. The care delivered is exceptional, state-of-the art, caring and beyond generously priced. I ADORE Dr. Berman & Dr. Fox, who have cared for us for years. The practice's hygienists are caring, detailed oriented and super-thorough. And the office staff are professional and kind. We have been treated like family for over 12 years. I will never switch to a different dental group for as long as the key players in this office remain in practice.

This isn’t the type of dental office that will try to upsell you on products or services you don’t need. Dr. Berman is a friendly and honest dentist who takes the time to explain things in detail. I also see Amber for my dental cleanings and she is very pleasant, thorough and gentle. Lydia at the front desk is efficient and professional. This is my go to dental office for affordable and gentle dental care.
