We've been to MCDC Big Rapids twice because we don't have a pediatric dentist where we live. The hr and a half drive was completely worth it because Dr Hannah and her crew are incredible. Everyone there is so friendly, caring and fun! My 4 year old loved it there both times! A++

Would have gave a 5 star rating but they flat out refused me payments to get work done knowing I had to get done to have open heart surgery. So luckily in the following week when I said I would have paid in full they had a opening and got me in. Dr. Cao is amazing, the look of how dare you ask to make payments from receptionist and flat out refusal to understand the situation. Once again Dr. Cao is amazing as well as her assistant that helped me today.

Love the people here, they are helpful, kind and good with my kids. Problem I'm having is that they keep accepting new patients and now my 6 month cleanings are now 9 months and it takes me nearly a year to get any work done. They make money hand over fist. Hire more, with competitive wages so you attract applicants or stop accepting new patients. Take care of your loyal patients first.
