Northern Quality Dental

I drive an hour and a half north to visit this dentist because they’re so good. Thank you Dr. Ben!

If you hate the Dentist, I definitely recommend Northern quality Dental. They are THE best dental staff i have come across and actually look forward to my appointments. Dr Ben i believe his name was did my fillings and i couldnt ask for a better Dentist, Dental assistants, Hygienists, and Even the front desk staff is Top Tier. Its called Northern Quality for a reason.

We like going to see Dr. Seymour. Even though I'm going to the dentist isn't fun they make it fun for us. Thanks Everybody at Northern quality for being so awesome.

Dr Seymour and staff are great. Before coming here I was terrified of dentistry from a bad childhood experience. The first few times I was gently sedated, but now I don’t need that anymore, and that’s all because of the care I received from everyone there. I strongly recommend Dr. Seymour to be your dentist in the Cadillac area.

Feel robbed by them. Had set dentures made saved my money had pay out of pocket they made me a set of huge dentures promised they would make a new set never did they did try once make new bottoms even bigger worse yet. Went another dentist he seen them couldn't believe how big they were first set they made me half the Size feel taken advantage of paid in advance never should have. Horrible how they tried to convince me it was normal it wasnt.... at all..

Friendly, fast, efficient!

My experience with Amy's cleaning of my teeth was excellent! Very thorough yet as painless as a cleaning can be. At a previous visit, Dr. Seymour solved a problem that had been causing me pain for over a year. I had seen another dentist twice for that problem and Dr. Seymour solved it in one visit.

Amy and the rest of the crew do and did everything to make me feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident that I was getting top of the line service. I highly recommend them to any one that wants high quality dental care.

Despite my extreme dislike for visiting the dentist they made my visit pleasant. The hygienist was considerate of my stress level and made accommodations to help me. She talked to me about the methods used to clean my teeth. The doctor was prompt and kind when he entered the exam room. They talked to me about my x-rays and created a plan for future care. They never once talked down to me or around me and that’s nice.

I had a dental emergency and was seen soon after I called for an appointment. Very professional, friendly and patient focused. I definitely would recommend Northern Quality Dental!

I have an excellent hygienist! He is friendly and careful on my teeth. Yes, very accommodating when I was running late too.

This was our second cleaning appointment (go every six months) with this office and we could not be happier, the staff is very friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend Northern Quality Dental! They appear to utilize the latest technologies associated with dental work. The office electronically communicates with it's patients to confirm appointments and send reminders which is always helpful. We had issues with our dental insurance and Michelle went above and beyond to resolve them. Again, we couldn't be happier with their service!

I absolutely appreciate this place. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and kind. The dental associates are also great! My family and I are thrilled to be switching to this office!

Brian did so awesome with Owen. Owen said it was cool how he got to see pictures of his teeth and watch him clean them up.

Horrible with children ! No patience what so ever! Took my 5 yr old granddaughter for her first filling they did the Nitro and number her Dr came back in and my granddaughter asked what he was putting in her mouth as she’s 5 and curious and he said I’m not finishing this she can goto a pediatric dentist . He walked out ! My granddaughter asked for her surprise as they had hyped her all up telling her when we came in they refilled the box it had sunglasses and other stuff. So she said we’re done can I have my surprise the nurse replied Girl you want me to loose my job? I’m like what? She don’t get a surprise because he didn’t want to finish his job because she was taking ? Never bring your children to a dentist who does not have patience for children and consideration!

I really do not like going to the dentist (no offense) and they always make it as pleasant as they possibly can! The staff is always friendly and a lot of fun too!

Great dentist office! All of the employees make you feel very welcome and calm your nerves. They seem like a little family. Would recommend them to everyone!
