Decided to try a dentist closer to home so I booked a first-time cleaning w/ this quack. They wanted to take 18 x-rays. 18! I’m not a shark. How absurd & clearly some kind of way to charge my insurance more.

Do not recommend this dentist. Pretty much everything Dr Berman "fixed" I had to have redone. I talked to him about my bite being off since my crown had been done and his response was well that's the way I want it. Well it's extremely uncomfortable and it's not the way I want it. He's unprofessional and I'm really not even sure how he managed to keep his license. Thanks for nothing Dr Berman.

This Dentist office is by far the best I have ever used. My wife and I have been coming here for 7 years now. I can’t say enough good things about this office. Let’s start Administrative staff Jessica and a Lynn. They do an amazing job keeping you up tp date on things they seem to be better are tracking my schedule and needed appointments better than I do. Janet is the money lady and she always gets any issues figured out with insurance and she is fun to talk with as well. My hygienist Ann is just a super human being and really gets to know her patients and does great work on my cleanings. Dr. Berman and his technician Teri have been working together for so long they know how to get any dental work done fast and efficiently. They take the time to walk me through things so I know what is going on. I have a very high gag reflex and my hygienist, Teri and Dr. Berman do everything they can to try to reduce that for me. I feel like a VIP when I go to the dentist. Let’s face it - the dentist is not something people love goi no to. But if you have to go, and you do have to go. Then why not go to where the people that work there treat you like family.

Dr. Berman and staff, especially Terry, are exceptional! They took charge and made sure they got the job done in a safe and effective manner while making sure my child (5yo) was comfortable and no longer scared. After trying multiple dentists, he’s the only one my child listened and trusted! They’ve exceeded my expectations!

The office is always timely, clean and very friendly front desk staff. Our entire family has found Dr Berman to be gentle and thorough with his exams. Going to the dentist has become easy and even enjoyable. Suzy is our hygienist and she always does a fantastic job!

I would definitely steer clear of this dental office. I switched last year from a dentist I had been going to for my whole life because I moved to the Macomb area. Went in for my cleaning and had a new dental hygienist. She told me I had multiple cavities about 4 or 5. I take care of my teeth very well. I don’t floss as much as i should but who does? Dr Berman was not in to look at my X-rays at the time so they called me the next day to tell me i need a root canal on one of my teeth and 3 other fillings. I was taken aback as I have no pain nor sensitivity on any of my teeth. I decided to take my X-rays to my old family dentist and he said he definitely was not there yet with a root canal and wanted to do a fill on the tooth. He said the rest of my X-rays looked great no cavities. My old doctor went over the X-rays with me that Bermans office gave me from august of last year and the small cavity was already forming that Berman did not detect. If they would have done the small fill last year it would have saved me the trouble of having a large cavity. They are lazy and not thorough . Doctor Berman and his staff are all out for money. They do not care for their patients. I am extremely glad I went for a second opinion or I would have been spending hundreds maybe thousands of dollars that I did not need to spend. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Not a big fan of going to the dentist ( as no one is) but I was pleasantly surprised when going to Mark Berman & Associates. Cindy was awesome and very professional, as was Dr Berman. I will be making this my permanent Dentist.

woke up early with chills, sore throat and stuffy nose. attempted to call office several times since 8 am to change my appointment. no voicemail set up.. contacted the office at 10am when they opened to reach Jessica.. explained to her what was going on.. instead of being concerned for their other patients and understanding she responded with that they have been attempting to reach me for a couple of days and was threatened with a cancellation charge and a refusal at the moment to reschedule my appointment until an office manager contacted me. I don't have a history with them for repeated cancellations. I pushed a previous appointment back one time due to working over 50 hours a week and being mentally exhausted. Every other appointment I arrived for.. It's a shame because I really enjoyed the dental hygienist and dentists themselves. Definitely taking my services elsewhere due to her lack of professionalism.. What a great way to lose approximately 7k that I was willing to invest in this office to complete my scaling, cleaning and braces... As for everybody else that works in that office they are kind and I appreciate them...

Dr. Berman personnel is in a class of their own exceptional. My first time back since this pandemic for a teeth cleaning and they went way over and above in making sure their patients are safe. It felt safer than going to a hospital which I haven't been to one in years. The hygienist Jacklyn hopefully on got her name right was just awesome. I've been visiting Dr. Berman office for years and will continue. So, for those scared to come back because of Covid-19 don't be your in good hands.

As always Dr.Berman and his staff hit a home run!!! Not only were they accommodating during my time of need, but Dr. Berman did a great job helping me with an emergency tooth issue and i could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Berman and as a 25+ year patient I selfishly hope he never retires!!!

Excellent first experience. Great staff. I recently moved to the area from out of state and procrastinated finding a dentist until I had a minor emergency. I was fit into their schedule within 24 hours. I feel that I have found a great dentist office.

I was having very odd and unusual head and facial issues that Dr. Berman deduced was largely due to underlying issues in my mouth, teeth and bite. Dr. Berman and his staff were prompt, caring and diligent in my care and treatment! They are professional, warm, caring and experienced. I just had a cleaning with Suzie, who was terrific. I am thrilled to have Dr. Berman and his office caring for my oral healthcare needs.

I just switched dental offices and I am glad I did. I really like Dr. Berman and his entire staff. They are friendly!

Dr. Berman is an excellent choice in Dentistry. Extremely nice, gentle and thorough along with his staff. I would recommend anyone to him especially with the fact Covid-19 is going on and no one else would see me being that I’m a new patient. They were very sanitary in their process and made me feel extremely comfortable. I will be returning to Dr. Berman for all of my dentistry needs.

This dentist and his staff are wonderful! They got me in right away for an emergency dental problem. Dr. Berman was awesome and so are the ladies who work along side him. Highly recommend!

I used to be a patient of Brightside Dental after years of being a loyal patient starting with a cash patient before I had Insurance paying thousands of dollars out-of-pocket yesterday I had an emergency I needed a tooth extraction ASAP I set up an appointment at Brightside I was 15 minutes late and at my time of arrival they told me they would not be able to see me until Monday two more days of agonizing pain so I called around to other offices nobody could help me I called Dr. Berman & Associates and Donna answered the phone she said dr. Berman was not in but Dr. Stinnet was and he said he would be more than happy to see me even though they were closing within the hour when I got there everybody was polite Donna help me with the paperwork and Dr. Stinnet assistant Anita got me comfortable and ready for the extraction she was super play in even though my insurance was not in the system they agreed to do the procedure anyways and we can figure out the payment later seeing what pain I was in. Doctor Scott Stinnet. Was very thorough he worked quickly and professionally stopping only to ensure I wasn't in any pain he and his staff stayed nearly two hours after closing but you helped me out in my time of need I am forever grateful and will never use another dentist as long as they are an option. Anybody looking for professional courteous Dentistry that cares more about their patients than money or getting home at a certain time should definitely give them a try thank you guys so much

If you and your family are looking for a dentist then look no further. Dr. Berman and his staff are amazing! I had two discolored front teeth that I have always been self conscious about, and Dr. Berman put veneers on them and now I can’t stop smiling! They look so perfect and I couldn’t be happier! When I was experiencing extreme tooth pain the office staff was able to get me in very quickly to do an emergency root canal. I was afraid at first but Dr. Berman put my worries to rest and fixed my tooth. The entire staff is incredible here and I would recommend them to anyone!
