I love Dr. Schwartz! She is ther best dentist around. Kind, calm, friendly and wonderful to her patients. Her staff is perfect! Everone you come into contact with at her office are friendly and kind. First time patient and super impressed. Probably the most detail oriented dental staff that I have experienced. My insurance was already set up before I arrived for my appointment which expedited any paperwork. My teeth cleaning was thorough and my teeth felt squeaky clean afterwards. Dr. Schwartz even performed an airway analysis to gauge my breathing capabilities, something I'd never expect a dentist to do. If you want the most comprehensive dental treatment that includes your teeth as well as your entire oral health and maxillofacial region, Dr. Schwartz is the dentist for you.

Very disappointed. Said on the phone "yes, we take new patients". I explained I'm new in the area, I need a new dentist, I also broke a tooth but wasn't in pain but tooth was rough and needed edges shaved, could they see me if not today soon. Receptionist or person who answered phone was one, not cordial to begin with but said they did take new patients, second, said I may need a specialist, after describing my situation said they didn't take emergencies, I said it wasn't an emergency, she then put me on hold and came back and said I definitely needed to be seen but sorry we are book 2-3 weeks out, thanks, goodbye and hung up. So this girl gave me 2-3 reasons why they wouldn't see me (welcome to the area, right?!), she really didn't know what she was doing, she was very rude, not helpful at all, very abrupt. Disappointed in experience especially since I am a Customer Service Representative!

Dr. Schwartz is a top notch dentist! I really like her and her team! They do an awesome job and they are really friendly. The only reason I give her a 2 is because she is kind of expensive. My husband went to a different dentist at the same time I did and he paid half what I did. But overall, a great place to be!

Dr. Schwartz is a doctor that you can actually trust. Not only was I impressed with her when I was her patient, but she will do her best to take care of you, even if you move cross country! I was a patient with Davison Dental prior to moving to the DC area. I am not an easy dental patient because I am a terrible clencher/grinder. I have had many root canals/crowns/ and bite guards. Dr. Schwartz took her time with me and made me feel completely at ease. My search for a dentist like Dr. Schwartz has been absolutely traumatic. I have gone to two in the past 2 months. Only now do I realize that I took having good dental care for granted. I have recently e mailed Dr. Schwartz and she is actually familiar with the quality of dental care in the DC area due to a family who moved out here and now schedules appointments with her whenever they are back visiting. I do not have that option, so Dr. Schwartz has offered to put the word out to her colleagues in attempts to help me locate a respectable dentist out here. She has gone above and beyond! Also, the front desk staff is very friendly and professional. They seem to know all of their clients by name and they always remember to ask you about things going on in your life that you mentioned in passing at a previous visit. They truly care about their patients and how they are doing.
