Today we went to an appointment at Zand Family Dental where Dr. Zand and Mackenzie donated there time and materials and fixed my son's tooth. Dr. Zand, Mackenzie and staff were the absolute best AMAZING people we've encountered. They were so patient, explained everything so well and were so good to both my son and myself. My son's tooth looks absolutely wonderful. Today is the first day I've seen my son actually naturally smile and not try and cover up his tooth since his accident. Not to mention he cannot stop talking about Dr. Zand or Mackenzie. The both of them have literally changed little man's whole outlook on going to the dentist after a previous bad experience. He even asked if Dr. Zand would be his dentist. These two individuals deserve some amazing recognition! We are forever grateful ♥️

The front desk woman is not pleasant, at all. My health insurance and dental insurance is all from the same place. I told her that and she would not accept the insurance card. She told me I had to have a separate dental card and would not accept that I didn't. After frantically trying to search for a dental card, that does not exist, I was finally able to find her an 800 number that she could call. She went through all of the steps and told the insurance agency that she does not know the group or enrollee number (that was listed on my card). She spent 15 minutes going through the operators just to end up with the same group and enrollee ID number that was already on my card. I spent 30 more minutes waiting for the doctor, after they put me in a chair. He came in and told me they would not do a cleaning on me because I am pregnant. I told them I was pregnant when I called to make the appointment, and I repeated it again when I signed in, and it's pretty obvious since I'm 8 months pregnant. It was an hour before the dentist even saw me. And by the time I left, it was an hour and a half of wasted time. I went here because they had such good google reviews. Perhaps that is just the staff going on and making things up.

Absolutely phenomenal. I'm a law student with no insurance, and he was able to work with me to get a bad tooth taken care of. He is nice, cares a lot about his patients, and very eager to take care of you in the long term, not just the current issues. If you're looking for a dentist, this is the guy to go to.
