I've had a couple consultations for ortho, but I feel like I finally found the right place at Aspen. The other places I visited suggested further cosmetic work once the braces are removed to "fix" my smile more. (thought that's what the braces were for?🤔) The other places I went also told me I would look "so much better" after braces. So definitely some weird vibes from orthodontists, and I almost decided to leave my teeth as-is. Everyone at Aspen in Flint was SO kind and encouraging, and I actually felt excited after my visit. I'm getting their brand of Invisalign called motto for about $2500 instead of $5000+. I always hated going to the dentist because I take care of my teeth, but they'd always complain and find something to fix. At Aspen they actually acknowledged that I take care of my teeth. I was skeptical at first because I haven't had good dentist/ortho experiences, but I like Aspen and I'm glad I scheduled an appointment there!

I've been to Aspen dental in Flint quite a few times now. I have never had a bad experience unless you count the numbing part but that just sucks all around. The staff is all very friendly and compassionate. The wait time is reasonable as well. I highly recommend.

Everyone was nice and made me feel comfortable. I was getting a deep cleaning due to a gum infection I had and was pretty nervous about the procedure and the cost, but I was approved through their care program which gave me even further peace of mind knowing I didn't have to pay a big lump sum at once.

Every possible billing code they can hit you with they will. I was billed for services that were never provided and now have debt collectors blowing up my phone. When trying to call the office and correct the bill they were not helpful at all.

Went in for a denture cleaning and realignment, realignment went well dentures are a little bit better but the original thing I went in there to do was to get my dentures cleaned. They never cleaned them.
