I felt the number of X-rays was way way over the top and the number of retakes of the same area was ridiculous. Please assign me with a different hygienist for my next visit. Gary

So thankful for this office and their staff. My daughter cracked her tooth over the weekend and they were able to get her in almost first thing in the morning. The staff is always very friendly and helpful (especially Caryl!)

Drs. Mike, Chris and now Dr. Josh, along with their able assistants, hygienists and office staff, a locally owned and managed dental office continue the excellence that started with Drs. Bill and Kennard Creason and Dr. Walt Weber. In my experience it is Grand Haven’s finest dental office.

Love this Dental Office!! All of the staff are super friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated the fact that they went out of their way to make sure my tooth was properly prepped for my crown. They could have easily just thrown a crown on it and never thought about it again!! (Which, unfortunately, happens more often than not..😕) But, instead, they completely cleaned it out and replaced the current filling - that was not in the best shape - and then prepped it with the temporary crown until my next visit. That alone means SO MUCH to me!! Quality over quantity, at it's very best! Dr. Mountford took quite a bit of extra time to make sure my teeth were in the best shape possible for me. I can't thank him enough!! It seems more difficult than it should be to find an experienced, trustworthy & truly GENUINE dentist these days.. I am more than pleased to say... That I have most definitely found, "one of the good ones," here!! 😊🩵

NoThe office staff, hygentists and Dr. Mountford and his staff have always been courteous, professional and knowledgeable. This visit was no exception. We were going on vacation and I needed a filling repaired and they did it at the same time that I had my cleaning. I appreciated their willingness to get it done before I left for vacation and the pleasant manner in which they did it. I can’t recommend this office more highly. So glad I’m a patient here.

My appointment was scheduled during a lunch break that I had to wait for but still got a filling in less than an hour. Staff is always fast and friendly.
