Oh my gosh. The care. The professionalism. The compassion. This team is the real deal, from the front desk to billing to scheduling to hygienists to medical assistants to Christian to DR P!!! Dr P and staff have given me back a smile. And Teeth! And let me tell you, my case is icky and complicated. But they stuck with me and today I am smiling because I have no infections, I have a shiny bright smile, and I’ be got my teeth again. I love this practice. You will too.

A "wow" experience! Dr. Piotrowski and his staff go above and beyond to create an environment that feels not only welcoming, but incredibly informative. From the front desk, to the technicians and check-out staff, everyone was incredibly kind. Staff members were evening encouraging and cheering each other on! All too often, medical professionals tell you what they think you should be doing without bringing you into the conversation about your health. At Precision Family Dental, you're asked what your goals are for your dental health and are supported in getting there with the reminder that your health is your choice. I've searched for years for a dental office that includes a holistic approach and I'm thrilled to say I've finally found it. Highly recommend!

Fantastic dentist. I was extremely nervous to go to a dentist after poor experiences in my younger years. They were non-judgmental, caring, and very gentle. They take the time to make sure I’m comfortable and explain what they are doing and what to expect. Can’t recommend more.

This place is the best..Their doctors and staff are light years ahead of most places. They also have top of the line equipment and expertise on using it! Best experience ever, and I have had a lot of work done in my mouth…don’t miss out.

I and my child have experienced the new Solea Laser technology for fillings! It was soo amazing! So thankful to not have to get painful, toxic shots anymore! We are so grateful and blessed to have this team of innovative dental professionals in West Michigan!

I am most grateful to have found Precision Family Dental! I was originally drawn to their holistic dentistry options, but with each visit, they continue to exceed my expectations. My hygienist, Taylor, is fantastic! She does an incredible job listening to my requests and making sure I am comfortable during every dental cleaning/check-up. My daughter enjoys getting her teeth cleaned by Taylor too! My most recent visit consisted of having an old cavity replaced. Dr. Piotrowski was able to use laser treatment for my cavity removal procedure. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the laser treatment. The entire process was painless! I was able to have the procedure done without the use of a local anesthetic. I was so happy to have the option to skip the anesthetic because this meant, bypassing the numb mouth sensation as well as less chemicals in my body. Dr. Piotrowski is extremely skilled in dentistry! I have never had a dentist be so thorough with my dental needs. Dr. Piotrowski is very patient, knowledgeable and personable; he is great at making sure you understand exactly what will take place during your dental procedure. Thank you to Dr. Piotrowski and the entire team at Precision Family Dental- I know my family is in good hands when it comes to our dental health!

Never thought I'd see the day that I, Andria Stephan, would look forward to my next dental appointment! But here that day is. From start to finish today's new patient appointment & cleaning was flawless. Every person I met and talked to was so personable, Max, Sam, Dr. Ong & even the young woman who got me all set for my treatment plan (wish I'd gotten her name! Next time 😁). Adam is always friendly, professional, and thorough. He only recommends necessary procedures instead of pushing sales. Taylor is my hygentis. She is also very personable and does a great job. I have been to many dentist offices and Precision exceeds all of them. After my appointments, I leave without pain and my teeth are squeaky clean. I highly recommend them!

We always have a wonderful experience at Precision Family Dental. All the staff are friendly and their ability to work with kids and keep them calm is amazing. I’ve had two kiddos (age 7 and 11) get cavities filled here and neither of them felt much at all and said it was no different than any other visit they have had. Highly recommend them!!

My experience at Precision Dental has been very good! The staff are friendly and efficient. My recent hygienist, Sam, was both gentle and thorough. She also made me feel as relaxed as possible.

Just visited again to have another cleaning and an old porcelain crown replaced. I did not want the heavy metal of the crown in my body with so much science to show how unhealthy it is.. The hygienist, Katie, was amazing. She explained everything and was so pleasant to talk to. Dr. P and Hannah did a great job of removing the old crown and, best of all, they were able to make a new crown for me right in the office and I was all finished in one visit. So much better than having to come back a week later. I really appreciate the way Dr. P. explained what he was doing as he moved along. I highly recommend this dental office. Everyone is so helpful and nice. I happily scheduled my next cleaning with them.

I can’t say enough great things about Precision Family Dental!! I am one of those dental patients (or was!) that despised going to the dentist, for anything. After finding Precision Family Dental, I now enjoy my visits/appointments, and that is because of the care, patience, understanding and overall professionalism of the amazing staff Dr. Adam has in place! There is nothing “magical” about this facility, however the approach to care and the personal interaction the staff shows to each individual as they treat you like a real person instead of just a patient, is what makes this place truly special!! They don’t try and “sell” you on unneeded/unnecessary work, they provide the best care and truly encourage preventive treatments for a healthy beautiful smile!!! I highly recommend this facility for all your dental needs, you won’t be disappointed but instead very happy!!!

Dr. Cohen was amazing! I needed two shots in my front upper gums, which are usually quite painful, and I never felt a thing. I kept waiting for her to poke me. After she began working on me I kept getting more and more impressed. She was describing everything she was doing to me very well, she was so kind to her assistant and myself, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of.
