Toxic family owned biased dentist. Waste of time , waste of money. Doesn't answer numbers that aren't local. Couldn't fix a simple filling after 2 trys. Family owned so they are always right.

I take my children here, the staff is always courteous and kind, Dr Gresham is soft spoken n hard to hear sometimes, but does a great job explaining your needs when asked, he makes your children feel comfortable and at ease, no fear or nervousness for them going here.

I went to this dentist yesterday. I went in for a check up/x-rays and consultation for possible future procedures, immediately after the Dr. came in and saw the x-rays, he said "we're going to have to do an extraction today" without even asking if I wanted anything done. I ended up telling him I just wanted a filling instead to see if that helps. While he was drilling one of the teeth he ended up slipping and drilling a bit of another(perfectly fine) tooth which now also hurts. Last night while trying to go to sleep I had the worst pain in my entire head that I cried and had to take 1000mg of ibuprofen. now today I'm still in pain, all over my head. The right side especially. No pain medication is working. Not even the one they prescribed to me. Cold compress makes it hurt more. I can hardly eat or drink, I struggle to sleep(tried napping multiple times today( and all around i am very disappointed. Definitely not ever going back.

My teeth used to be the center of my life, NOT because I wanted them to be but because they always caused me troubles. Gresham has fixed all the problems with my teeth and I can now live a normal life without constantly worrying about them. I can NOW eat a meal in peace without chewing on one side. Do I recommend Gresham? Yes I wholeheartedly do.

Worst experience ever!! Lied to me on the price did work I did ask him to do yhe fillin didn't even last 3 months. Would not even answer questions when I asked. I would definitely recommend this place. Very unprofessional!!!!!

Worst dentist my dad has ever been to in his entire life. How do you bill someone on Medicaid after yanking 14 teeth out of his head and promising him dentures that he never got. 2 years later! Ps the fillings that were put in fell out after 5 months. Beyond Ridiculous!

This dentist never got back to me until the end of the night every appointment. Also never applied appointments date/time of arrival exedra. Hopefully soon someone will move closer!😒. Not everyone is truthful or open about business practices in Ironwood Michigan. Be the change you want to see in life!

Dr. G was kind and fun to chat with. These guys squeezed me in for an extraction that was about a year in waiting. I felt no pain, had no bruising or really any problem at all. It may of took a bit of hanging around ( 3 hr ) but it certainly was better than going to Ashland in August.... No kidding. August. I'd of been dead by then! Will be back, if not for the professional treatment, just to chat with the doc again. 😎
