Fantastic office, wonderful staff

Going to the dentist is never the highlight of my day but my hygienist and dentist both make it as pleasant as possible. All the staff are friendly and very professional.

The dental technician did an excellent job!

I love all the employees there, they truly care and I had a great experience!!! Scheduling goes very smoothly and they really want to help you!

Friendly helpful staff and Dr’s It was great to have a dentist who comes up with a complete dental plan in the first appointment and sets multiple appointments to start the process right away!!

Excellent staff. Nice office. I was able to make a future appointment for a periodontal cleaning in less than two weeks. I am happy to have found my new dentist in Lansing.

After the hygienist kept saying his name wrong, I corrected her & he enjoyed himself. I wasn't ok with the 20min wait we had though but the way they treated my 5yr old was quite exceptional!

As someone who hates going to the dentist, I have never had a bad experience at Healthy Smiles. Felicia is the best. Dr. Ludkin tries the least invasive procedure first. Saves time, money and anxiety.

Very friendly workers love the atmosphere getting dental work done soon hope everything goes right in get my smile back in happy again and Mrs sunshine had me smiling in comfortable the whole time love this place

Orders delivery and doesn't tip I'm sure most of the workers are nice people and the services are nice but I also think it's bad buisness to have things delivered to an actual buisness

I had a tooth filled at Healthy Smiles Dental and after a while that tooth started to ache. I called on a Thursday night after hours and left a message saying I needed to get in right away the next day due to pain. The next morning, I drove to said dentist and they were closed on a Friday. (Some Luck) I was in too much pain to wait so I went to the next available dentist I could find that would let me get in ASAP. Since they didn't take my insurance, it cost me over $2000 for a root canal because the filling I had gotten from Healthy Smiles was too close to the nerve of my molar. After over three days I finally received a message from Healthy Smiles saying that I would still have to make an appointment to get in. After three days in tooth pain, Healthy Smiles basically didn't care about the problem they caused me. I would not recommend this place......

Excellent dentist! I just moved to lansing and was nervous about trying a new dentist. The hygienist and the dentist were wonderful! Even the front desk staff, they were welcoming and truly cared about helping me rather than up charging me for bogus things. I really appreciated the service/ cleaning and am looking forward to continuing care with them!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE. This place is high volume/ revolving door. Many times I waited more than 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to even be called back. The dentist will see you for about 1 minute and then charge you full exam fees etc etc etc. They are unprofessional and even worse unknowledgable about dentistry. And I can confidently say this because I seen 3 of their dentists including the head dentist (Rodriguez) and nobody could help me. They started diagnosing me with problems I didn’t have until I came there. Extremely untrustworthy!! Again do not send your children here especially. I came in for a simple crown placement. Which I thought wasn’t hard. The doctor (Ludkin) started off by calling his assistant trash (as a joke??) which should’ve been the time I walked out. Instead I decided to go through with the crown placement and as he was taking off the temporary he was ripping on it so hard I was wincing in pain so he stopped and said very crappily “do I need to numb you?” Why on earth would you need to numb me to remove a temporary crown? He continued to place the permanent and I told him that it was to big it was putting pressure on my other teeth he said “your teeth just have to adjust”?? He cemented it in and walked out. His assistant came in and said you’re all set. No adjustments made, he didn’t even come in and look at it. About a week later I’m in extreme pain. My tooth hurts, and my jaw hurts soooo bad. I couldn’t close my mouth right the dental crown was so big it was misaligning my jaw. I went back to this office 7 or 8 times for “adjustments” and dr Ludkin shaved down two of my permanent teeth without asking “to make room” for this crown. At this point my teeth don’t match and I’m experiencing sensitivity in the teeth he shaved down. He didn’t even adjust the crown he placed! In his world he did it perfect smh. They tried to send me to ortho stating it wasn’t the
