Broke my tooth and my usual dentist doesn’t take my new insurance. This place got me in fast and fixed my tooth. Staff is friendly and place very clean and welcoming. Already have an appointment just as quick for an exam for the rest of my teeth. Definitely would recommend this place.

I work for another office and called for a mutual patient. THE PATIENT ASKED US TO CALL AND I HAD AN XRAY RELEASE FORM SIGNED BY THE PATIENT. I unfortunately did not have a great time chatting with their front desk. And they refused to release x-rays to me over a past dispute THEY had with the patient (which is illegal) and tried to make me the middle man in the situation. It made me very uncomfortable that they wouldn't contact the patient themselves to try and remedy the issue. Unfortunate situation handled incorrectly as a medical office.

Apparently this dentist is not intelligent enough, nor has the skill set to know how to clean teeth unless the force you to take x-rays first. So they force you to be exposed to carcinogenic procedures against you will for a basic teeth cleaning.

I am so happy to have found such a wonderful dental office- from the staff to the providers, they are all so amazing!!! The office is always accommodating, and take you same day for any dental emergencies. I had a horrible toothache which ended up needing a root canal, called the office literally in the middle of the night, and in the morning Dr. Rasha called me and immediately got me in. She relieved my tooth pain and I was back to my normal self in no time! The girls in the front and admin office are extremely sweet and very informative. Super clean office space and there is hardly ever a wait. I truly appreciate this dental office!!

Everything about this dentistry was simply AMAZING!!!! The office was very clean and comfortable! Dr. Lisa and the staff was genuinely incredible! My 'old' dentist retired earlier this year, and I needed to find a new dentist. Unfortunately, I had a tooth that has been bothering me, but had become acute. I called Neighborhood Family Dentistry yesterday, and they were able to get me in early this morning to see one of their dentists. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to get me information and to accommodate me. After I got home and had time to think, I had additional questions for Dr. Lisa Kattula regarding my tooth and my/the best treatment plan. I called and asked if she could call me back for discussion; she did and was able(and willing) to help me talk through all of my options regarding treatment so that I could make the best choice for me - which I appreciated greatly. I've found my new dentist/dental practice, and I would gladly recommend Neighborhood Family Dental to anyone that needs a good dentist, and appreciates being treated well by staff and doctors that care.
