Allison is a heartless, rude, unprofessional individual. Not only did she not abide by confidentiality, she hurt my children's feelings and jumped to conclusions not understanding the years of domestic violence we were victims to. May as well air out that laundry since she did to her entire clinic 🤷🏼‍♀️

Great dentist. Really knows his stuff. Definitely would recommend to someone else. Hygienist was wonderful, very polite and went out of her way to do a thorough job. Very pleasant experience.

The Best! I am terrified of dentists because NO other dentist that has worked on me since 2004 has been able to numb/freeze my mouth. This Dentist did and the staff and he were top notch. I believe I found someone to care for my teeth now. I still have a tough time with my nerves due to previous experiences but In time this team with make me a believer again. Thank you

My 1st time here and I was happy to see that it was a bright and clean facility with a professional and courteous staff. What can I say I went in in pain and came out with none You do the math.

Sara was extremely patient and skillful with my son. She took the time to explain the X-ray and cleaning procedures and to educate him on how to better take care of his teeth. All personnel were personable and helpful. Thank you!

I am very happy with my dental visit. The staff did an excellent job and were very professional and thorough :)

My daughter was referred here from the Spalding location because Spalding won't do kid's dental work. Called the Marquette office and couldn't get through, left several messages over the course of 3 months. Never received a call back. I called the Spalding office to see if they could refer us someplace else because the Marquette office wouldn't answer their phone and they wouldn't get back to my messages and they said they would try to call them because they can get through to them better. Still, never got a call back. A dental office in Escanaba was nice enough to fit my daughter in and take her medicaid insurance.

My one star quickly became 5!!! After posting the review the local facility reached out and promptly got me in! Not only did I learn that the root canal I was originally told I needed would have actually caused more damage resulting in surgery, but they took care of my tooth problem and was SO affordable!!! The local endodontics wanted to charge over $1000 just to secure the appointment. My tooth problem was less than $200!!! And no extra suregery will be needed! I highly recommend!! The reviews seemed great so I made an attempt to make an appointment. After an hour of finally getting thru to a person I was told it’s because they’re a call center for 33 facilities and can’t answer any of my questions.and offered no direction to where I could get questions answered. I am not concerned about my insurance paying for services and they couldn’t seem to move passed that. I have an infection and need dental care and I was told to go to my local walk in!! I’m not sure they do dental care there. Anyway— disappointing customer service, do not recommend. I can only imagine the care based on the customer service experience. If 33 facilities are too much to handle maybe they should consider hiring out some help to run more professionally. Makes me skeptical of the whole operation.

They were able to fit me in for a cracked tooth when no one else in Marquette could. Very helpful and kind.

The staff was professional & adhered to all protocols that have been established. They were nice & explained all the changes made. The hygienist did an excellent job on my cleaning. I had a pleasant experience and enjoyed the new facility.

I had an emergency appointment and they made me feel welcome and they were all kind, polite, knowledgeable and informative and I would recommend them to anyone. I feel grateful for MCDC. I'm feeling pretty good after 2 extractions. I just walked my dog. I took 2 motrin and I'm going relax. Have a wonderful day. I'm going to thanks to the ladies at MCDC.

Kayla needs to learn bedside manners. Work in being kind and apologetic. The new male dr. needs to talk a bit more professionally. He said in a demeaning manner " that tooth is rotten" and walked away. Hardly a professional word to use.

They're very kind and considerate and they take the time to figure out what's wrong what's going on they take the time to talk to the patient which is what you're supposed to do thank you everybody at community dental
