I usually don't leave reviews on Google but Im pregnant and went in to get my teeth cleaned and checked. They told me I had an infection in 2 of my back teeth since my wisdom teeth are pushing them forward. So they made me an appointment for a root canal and told me that I needed to get ahold of my obgyn to see what antibiotics are safe for pregnany to treat the infection. I called them back 20 minutes after my appointment, no answer. Then I called twice the next day. No answer. I left plenty of urgent voice messages. I didn't get a call back until yesterday. So I called back today and asked them if I can reschedule and I let them know that I had called many times and the lady said that they didn't see the messages until yesterday and that it wasn't their fault. She wouldnt even reschedule an appointment. She told me I needed to take my antibiotics and call back to reschedule. Not professional at all. And to make it seem like I was in the wrong when I did everything I needed to do is unnecessary. This place has no professionalism.

When I sat down for my X-rays, the dental assistant was wearing her mask under her chin. I asked politely for her to pull up her mask before I removed mine, since she was going to be less than a foot away from me with her hands in my mouth. She responded that I shouldn't try to dictate what she does with her body. I decided that what I should do with *my* body was cancel my appointment and leave the building. I don't think the staff at this office cares about public health, and I did not feel safe there. I'll be finding a different dentist.

Do NOT go here. Dr. Irmen is selling the practice and he is no longer seeing patients. Dr. Juricic is practicing in his place and he is TERRIBLE. One of the fillings he gave me was completely botched with jagged edges and chunks missing around the tooth. I went back to have him fix it. He flippantly sanded a few areas, but I still felt it hadn't been fixed, so I went to get a second opinion at another local practice. The dentist there was severely disappointed with how bad it was and said in order to fix it the whole thing would have to be redone. Many of the staff also said that SEVERAL patients from the Irmen practice had been in their office lately to get similar things fixed. Do NOT GO HERE for ANYTHING but a cleaning. It's really sad because all the hygienists are amazing, and quite frankly I think they know more than Dr. Juricic. During my filling, the hygienist kept asking Juricic "Would you like ____ now? Don't you need this tool next? Think you should do ____ next right?" She basically guided him through the entire process. I hope they get a new Dentist stat and all the amazing women there get to stay.

Clean and friendly atmosphere!! I hadn't been to the dentist in almost 3 years. The hygienist warned me I'd be in some pain due to getting the build up deep under my gums. She was so light handed I didn't even need any numbing! She also told me tons of helpful information. The dentist himself was friendly, fast, and thorough. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit ☺

I hate to have to give this place only one star, because everyone was extremely nice except one person. The dental hygienist Haylee (Hailey?) who wears glasses and is blonde kept calling me she, even when I told her that I'm a man. And she looked me dead in the eyes when I told her everytime, so I know she heard me. There's no reason to call me she, all my legal documents say male, the dentist called me he, I don't know what Haylee's problem is, but I more than likely won't be going back because of her.
