Provident Dentistry - Novi

There's two types of dentists out there in my experience. One thats always trying to upcharge and sell you on goods, the other who's is just genuinely concerned about the health of your teeth and experience. Provident Dentistry was the latter, i couldn't have asked for a better, more convenient, and comfortable experience. Strongly recommend!

100% the best dental office I’ve ever been in. Starting with the insanely friendly front desk workers, to the minimal wait time, to the actual dentist experience. I had a phobia of the dentist until I came here. I had a good four months of extensive cosmetic dental work done here and it was the best experience ever. 100/10 recommend

I am a 45 year old woman terrified of the dentist, until I met Dr. Tremonti and her team. They put me at ease and are always checking on my comfort level. They are fun to talk with, and actually remember personal details, such as driving a pink Jeep or taking an impromptu trip to NYC. While my anxiety will probably never go away because of my childhood dentist, I will have my beautiful smile back because of Dr. Tremonti, who has already made a huge impact in improving my smile in a matter of a few short months! I promise-you will love it here!

I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a while due to anxiety. Provident Dentistry completely changed my perception of dentistry. I was told beforehand what my appointment was going to look like and my dental hygienist talked through each step with me, consistently asking if I was OK throughout. I was worried I would be judged for not having been to the dentist in a while, but everyone was so helpful and caring, I'm actually excited to go back and improve my health. Thank you!

Amazing staff and doctors. Called at 8am on a Saturday morning for a dental emergency for my daughter and we were seen at 9:30am and we were not current patients of record. They were so kind and accommodating and made us feel welcome. We were so thankful they could help us with our dental emergency and get things done timely. In and out within 30 min! I will be switching to them for all my future dental needs.

I visited the Provident Dentistry the first time in Novi. Starting from the warm welcome soon you enter the door. Very pleasant and professional staff. Every single Staff member I came across was so positive and professional. They made sure that I was comfortable and informed about everything. Top of the line Technology and very clean environment! Dr Sharma was amazing. She reviewed everything so carefully and kept me informed. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for the quality service.

Kaylee did a fantastic job very informative and kind. All the staff I interacted with were great! The dentist actually took their time to look at my teeth instead of rushing through. I will be back.

I can't say enough about the Provident Dentistry Novi office. The entire staff is patient-driven which makes each visit remarkable with their wonderful courtesy, delicate care, intricate preparedness, state-of-the-art technology and stunning results. Like so many of us over the past two years, I had been away from dental care. When I walked in for my most recent appointment with Provident, it was like I was an old friend they wanted to catch up with. Sierra, Olivia and Dr. Hassan listened to each of my concerns and discussed treatment plans based on an perfect blend of my input and their expertise. Provident Dentistry Novi is the most comfortable dental experience you'll ever know!

Dr. Hassan provides very thorough, thoughtful and professional assessment and treatment every time I see him. He is knowledgeable, dedicated and real. Has a great beside manor. Every other staff, from hygenists to office, are very nice and very professional.

Great staff, very patient and kind. Took the time to ensure I was comfortable and explained everything they were going to do. Special thumbs up to hygienists Sierra and Kali, wonderful personalities and very professional. I also appreciate their dedication to sterilization of all equipment. Overall, great dental office!

Today, I cracked a tooth. The pain was enough that I wanted to get it taken care of right after work, I called several places, and Provident worked to get me a spot. The advanced paperwork was simple and easy to fill out on my phone. I got a text, click the link, bada bim bada boom, done. All communication was perfectly clear with absolutely zero of the condescension that you get some from some health care professionals. On the flip side, some people in healthcare almost talk to you like you're a baby, they show so much saccharin concern. They were genuinely concerned for my comfort without being the least bit disrespectful. I'm young, but I am more old-fashioned and how I prefer to be addressed, you could even call me a stickler for etiquette, and I have no criticism. They numbed me up, and did not rush to start working on me, they gave the anesthetic it's time. They frequently stopped to explain what they were doing, give me my options, etc. I've had good people work on my teeth, and bad people work on my teeth, these are solidly in the good category. Normally I have to debate whether to give something that's good five stars or four stars, but there's no debate here. Five stars.

I recently had to find a new dentist and Provident came highly recommended on the Farmington Nextdoor Ap. I decided to make an appointment and am so glad I did! To begin with, I could make an appointment online. So easy and very intuitive. I filled out the medical/dental history, maybe took me 10 minutes total. They immediately sent text messages and email confirmation. Great communication. I arrived at my appointment and they already had my information printed for the hygienist and all I had to do was give them my id. I was taken back quickly and Kaley was the best! State of the art equipment and my comfort was their top concern. Kaley talked me through everything she was doing so I knew what to expect. I kept waiting for a brutal cleaning but she used a warm water-pik type of instrument and then did some regular cleaning work. All the while chatting and humming to music. So pleasant! Then Dr. Tremonti came in half way through and she was just as caring and kind. My daughters are a bit phobic but I called and told them to get online and get an appointment, they would be taken care of in a kind and professional manner and there was no judgement. I made my next cleaning appointment and would def recommend Provident Dentistry - Novi. Be true to your teeth and they wont be false to you!

Only my second time visiting this office and I am so glad I was referred here! The staff is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the lastest technology and procedures. My hygienist Amanda is gentle and very thorough, and Scarlet at the front desk is always so helpful and accommodating! I will definitely be recommending this office to friends and family!
