She’s great at initial procedures and exams but when problems arise, unfortunately she does not address specific patient needs. I had a crown placed by her and it was done wonderfully. However, my bite was off and the crown needed adjusting. She did one adjustment which did not fix it. I needed another adjustment which is not uncommon !! She would not do another adjustment on my bite. I was left in pain for weeks until I found another dentist who would address the issue. I am a healthcare professional and also a student and this is was a huge distraction that cost me time (which is very scarce!) and money ! I am finally starting to feel relief after having to go to a different dentist who would listen to my needs and do a thorough bite evaluation . It was not hard to see that this needed adjusting. I really wanted Kimberly to fix it :( I was hoping she could be mine and my daughters dentist. But for some reason she prolonged my treatment ? And as a fellow healthcare professional I am dumbfounded by that.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Thomas for over 10 years. She and her staff are wonderful. They are trustworthy, friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The office has both very early morning and late evening appointments to accommodate most schedules. We love Dr. Thomas and her staff, and we highly recommend her and her office!
