Our son was in agony because of a wire that got bent and became embedded in his cheek. Within a few hours of calling Dr. Reed's office, he was seen and had his wire fixed. He was a whole new kid after our visit. Thank you for allowing our 1st family vacation in 2 years to go on, Dr. Reed! If we lived here, we'd be loyal clients. Cheers from California!

Always a nice place to visit. Always treated me well, but please be slightly leanient when patients are a few minutes late! The dental work you guys do is great, but sometimes things happen that are out of my control and even if I'm less than 10 minutes late, you guys have cancelled on me.

My son has been going to Dr Reed's office for 2+ years. The wait times are 20-25mins late and at times there was standing room only in the small waiting room.We never complained. We don't have a history of being late or cancelling my son's appts. We recently scheduled an appt to purchase an additional retainer. To get my son there from school took some coordinating as his school is over an hour away from Dr Reed's office. My son took a wrong turn and we ended up being just 10 mins late for this appt. My son checked in at 3:40p and his appt was scheduled for 3:30p. The manager (Beth) at the front desk smiled and said "your too late we can't see you today". I explained "we worked really hard to get here today and my son got lost". She smiled and didn't say anything or try to accomodate this appt. I had to cancel the appt. I then called the office about 10 mins later to hopefully plead my case with someone else that would care and they didn't answer. So I left a voicemail, again hoping someone would call me back the next day to provide customer service, and nothing. Unbelievable! After 2 + years and $5880 later they drop us like a hot potato....I regret going here esp after reading all the reviews of how much higher the cost is here. I never checked anywhere else. I sure wish that I would have :(

Showed up early for daughter’s appointments, waited way past the time to be seen by the physician. Its at minimum a 2hr round trip to get here then home again. Next time I insist on the Gaylord office, if there is a next time...

Great staff! They are very personable even though they are busy. We received our quote, made the down payment, and made payments over a year. It worked out great and we never had any problems. When my daughter had issues they got her in promptly, yet our cost never increased. Dr. Reed is great with my daughter and has been since he met her for her first initial consultation. I would refer the office to anyone who needed treatment.

My ex. Took my daughter in. Signed for braces. Without my knowledge. They called me I said dont put them on her I can afford it. They called me back said it was to late.. He refused to pay after signing. Now they refuse to accept payment from me. They want 1200. Being a single mom. I offer them 200dollars a month. He wasn't happy. I offered him 100 dollars every 2 weeks out of my pay. He to said no.. Now he refuses to treat her.. Gives me a month to get her dad to pay it. And refuses payment from me.. I wouldn't do business here ever. Just because how they treat people who had no idea.. I have called the bbb which says he can't refuse payment. Now f.o.c. and attorneys.. Save ur self the headache. Go to someone whom actually cares about the patients. Now a 16 yr old girl will suffer..

I love going here. I genuinely connected with the staff and everyone cares for me personally. They are super careful when it comes to your thresholds. Orthodontics are super sensitive and they take care with everyone. Dr. Reed is so kind and my teeth are turning out beautifully. Highly recommend.
