Dr. Haddad and the team at Rochester Advanced Dentistry accomplished something that no other dental provider has ever been able to do. They gained my complete confidence, trust and provided me with the great dental health I deserve. When I first saw them I had significant issues. We developed a plan of treatment and care together. We proceeded when I was comfortable and then they used flawless technique. In time, all of my dental issues were resolved without pain. I received wonderful care and great results. Previously, even though I had insurance I avoided the dentist which, over time, allowed small issues to become large issues. I know that wasn’t smart but that is what I did. I finally HAD to see someone because I was having significant issues. Prior dentists that had treated me caused pain and the results were poor in some cases. I don’t think I am adequately able to describe the amount of anxiety going to the dentist caused me prior to becoming a patient of Dr. Haddad and the rest of the great staff. I choose them to provide my dental care and that was the best decision I’ve ever made for my dental health. Dr Haddad and the team listened patiently to all of my concerns and addressed them without hurry, giving me as much time and information required to make me comfortable. It was as if I was the only patient they had. The entire time, every minute, they showed genuine concern for my comfort and satisfaction. That work has now been complete for about a year. I’m thrilled with my dental health and smile. No more pain and anxiety. It’s a great place to be and I have Dr. Haddad and the excellent team there to thank. I go for my regular checkups and don’t get all freaked out about seeing a dental chair, and am able to enjoy great dental health. That is a lot to smile about for me. I initially started this process to get an implant, which, a few years ago, my dentist at the time, said could not be done. Not only were they able to install the implants, they were able to eliminate my snoring and greatly improve my breathing at night. I forgot how good a restful night’s sleep can be. Although improving my appearance was not the primary reason for going through this process, they made major improvements to my smile and jaw position. It wasn’t cheap but it was worth every penny. The doctors and staff are extremely professional and very, very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Rochester Advanced Dentistry to anyone. They did a fantastic job! I would like to start by saying thank you to the Rochester Advanced Dentistry office and staff. You truly have changed my life and I would not be who I am today without you! My journey with this office began a little over a year ago when I visited this office in desperate need of help. Throughout the years, my teeth were not my main focus unfortunately. I had sought out help here and there when I had pain but without insurance, I could only afford little “quick fixes”. These quick fixes didn’t help me, they in fact made things worse. I decided that there was no hope for me to experience a pain-free and beautiful smile. I just suffered through the pain and never smiled due to the embarrassment of how I looked. All this changed in August of 2021 when I visited the office of Rochester Advanced Dentistry. I met with Dr. Kurt Doolin, Dr. Jeff Haddad, and Dr. Nina Daws. After seeing the images and x-rays, they spent a lot of time together planning my treatment options in hopes of saving my teeth. My wedding was less than a year away and I wanted to be able to smile and be a confident bride. Throughout every step of this process of transforming my smile, everyone made sure I was comfortable and made me feel like I wasn’t just another client but instead I was treated like family. All my appointments were virtually painless and there were no “surprises” during my journey. Words can’t begin to describe how much I truly appreciate the doctors and staff at Rochester Advanced Dentistry and at Williams Dental Lab and all they have done for me. I recently completed a smile makeover which improved the facial muscular support, making me feel more comfortable and relaxed. As a very anxious patient I felt very cared for and felt like I had an entire team that loved and supported me.

I first came to this practice back in 2021 with severe TMJ issues that affected my day to day life. I was desperate for help so that I could live my life without daily chronicle pain. Dr Haddad listened to my symptoms and worked with me on a plan to get better. My pain was on average a 7-8 out of 10 when I first started and now is a 2 out of 10 with some days being non existent. I am glad I trusted Dr Haddad to help me as my quality of life has greatly improved. Even my “bad” days now are very manageable unlike before.

I have been having jaw pain and jaw popping, and Dr. Haddad diagnosed it as TMJ. Rochester Advanced Dentistry had a very straightforward process to help me with the pain - define a goal and then they would achieve it. My goal was to lessen my pain and help me get a better night's sleep without getting braces again, and they were able to do so very well. They have advanced technology and fantastic customer service, and I am happy to say that my TMJ symptoms have subsided.

I started losing my hearing, having pain in ear,having swelling after eating. I went to my physician multiple times for my ear and ENT. I was referred to Dr. Nina Daws, we started TMJ treatment and treatment went amazing. I was never promised my hearing would come back but after two weeks of treatment I stopped losing my hearing. Office and staff are very professional and just love this office and highly recommend them if you ever need TMJ treatment.

I was a patient of Dr. Wolfe who recenty joined this practice. Under his care I had 2 crowns and 2 fillings. I was having some problems with my filling, sensitivity and pain. Went in to the new office to have a dentist look at it. What I got was a sales pitch from a dental hygenist who told me my bite was killing my teeth, and to set up an appointment to spend $8000.00 to have a bite guard. When asked to see a dentist, I was told he was in a conference call, but that I was going to abcess and lose the tooth, without him seeing me. Went to another dentist who diagnosed the problem. The tooth I was told would abcess and die, wasnt the problem. It was referred pain from the crown next to it, requiring a root canal. Had it done , and pain is gone. Beyond disgusted!

I fist want to thank Advanced Dentistry for such an amazing experience.When I walked into there office I was flooded with so much love from everyone here. I want to thank everyone here but most of all Dr Nina ❤️ She did such an amazing job with so much love in what she does . I have the confidence and I just love that I smile and laugh again, Growing up and always being teased has been very hard but now I can let that go and move in a better place in my life Thank you to all the staff I felt so loved and feel like family .

Anything Dental related has always been my Achilles heel in terms of general health care. General cleaning is no problem. Anything more extensive and I am hyper sensitive. About two years ago I developed a very problematic situation with my teeth. I didn’t have trust in my regular dentist to rectify the situation. I’m not one to let things linger, but I really felt I had nowhere to turn. Then a little bit over a year ago I mentioned my situation to my aunt. She suggested I consult with her dentist at Rochester Advanced Dentistry. I am very grateful for her suggestion. It all started with Christina. I have to be honest. The idea of sitting down to talk about my teeth was not on my list of “favorites”. Especially, after prior experiences at other offices left me a bit traumatized. She made that initial experience very comfortable. For the first time I saw the potential of a brighter dental future. Not only alleviating my urgent condition, but the possibility of a significant smile transformation if that was something I was interested in. I’m not good with decisions, but Christina helped me decide on a plan of action. She had to put up with a lot my questions in doing so. She is very good at what she does. From there I went on my dental journey with Dr. Doolin and Danielle at the helm that changed the course of everything for me in a positive way. Due to my situation I went through experiences that were challenging, uncomfortable, and daunting. But I knew that I was in the best hands. The care provided to me was extraordinary. Example. At one point I had a situation that required me to need the consult of a specialist. Danielle was able to get me an immediate appointment with one of their trusted dental professionals they I network with. I thought that kind of same day service and care was limited to celebrity types. Now complete, I am very happy with my results. Dr. Wolfe and the team here gave me my smile back! I was in incredible pain due to TMJD, and the treatment I received has drastically improved my life quality. I am no longer in constant pain, my bite is better, my jaw shape is back to where it was prior to symptoms starting, and more. Everyone at the office is incredibly kind, provide all the data you need to understand treatments, and give you what you need to make informed decisions.
